I AM THE CHRIST IN ACTION Notes by a Servant Leader The following is an attempt to describe a new and free way of having a conference and a gathering of the lightbearers, and I believe you will find it to be as exciting and encouraging as we did. We hope all might see a new way opening up where we can all share our Flame in a creative and spontaneous way. The most challenging task was to switch from the traditional setting where one or several presenters teach and the others listen to a new format where the Divine flow occurs as a result of a free interaction of all and all feel themselves equally responsible for what is happening. |

One can see a funny paradox here—I was trying to introduce this new way of doing things, yet I had prepared most of the event myself, and in the very beginning I was the only presenter and leader. However, since neither I nor anyone else had any idea of how to do these things and what was going to happen, we started in a traditional way except one thing: every time when it was possible I invited people to give feedback, to make invocations, to lead meditations, to suggest different activities etc. In my opening address I spoke about the fact that the lightbearers—especially the Russian lightbearers—often feel unworthy and don’t dare to do things that God and the Masters so desperately need them to do; I reminded them that while we were preparing our event many of them kept saying that they are “not ready” or “don’t have the Holy Spirit yet”. And so I encouraged them again and again to respect the God within themselves and to let this God do His works through them. It was easy to see that for some of them it was the first time when they really began to think this way and to see a new perspective. |

We agreed that our event would be aimed at learning how to do things together. Each of us has his own “vertical” connection with the Godhead, and now we have to learn how to establish a productive “horizontal” connection on the level of the Christ. We also began to share our feelings and observations. When we came home Friday night (I stayed with Elena, the leader of the local group), we made a brief analysis of what had happened during the first day of our conference. Our “professional” decree leader “antennas” could feel that what we call the flow was not steady in the course of the day—there certainly were ups and downs. We understood that |

it was exactly because we were trying to get as many people as possible involved in the process. It is comparatively easy for an experienced leader to sustain the flow simply because it is easier to feel and control it when the work is done through one person. However, this time our goal was different, and we agreed that it was more important to learn to interact than to try to perform our event as smoothly as possible. We started the next day with sharing all of this with the group. It was so interesting to watch the reaction! At first some people seemed not even to understand what we were talking about. They simply could not believe that the “bosses” were sharing their “bosses’ problems” with “common folks”! But when they understood what it was all about they were touched very, very deeply. The light of gratitude, appreciation and love that radiated from their eyes was so intense that I could almost physically feel its heat and pressure. It was a very serious shift in consciousness—a mini-conversion if you wish. It was the very moment when the responsibility was taken from the leaders and distributed among all. And it goes without saying that the World Wide Ashram presentations that we read that afternoon were welcomed with great warmth and understanding, and the Sacred Ritual for Oneness that we did was filled with new light and new awareness. |

But even greater miracles began to happen in the evening when we were supposed to have a Saint Germain service. It was evident that this time we could not simply follow the traditional matrix of “some Michaels—some Dweller Calls—some Violet Flame—and sealing”. So we decided to do it in a circle. There was a chair in the center, like for a healing session, but this time it was Sanat Kumara’s atomic accelerator. People were invited to take turns

in leading their own “mini services”, giving calls, decrees, songs of their choice and doing whatever they felt lead to do. When a person was done with the service, he or she would sit in the chair, and the next person would lead. The person in the center was receiving healing and blessings while the decrees were given, and before he or she left the chair everyone was invited to say what they wanted to say—to thank this person, to ask for forgiveness, to tell others about his or her virtues etc. The components of this activity were suggested by different people and added in the course of our work. Frankly, my expectation was that every second person would refuse to lead and say that they were not ready yet. Ha-ha, how wrong I was! Those who had never said a singe word in public before and had the reputation of the most timid people in the world seemed to have no hesitation at all! With magnificent confidence and true dignity of the sons and daughters of God, they began to lead one after another showing deep understanding of the Teachings and great creativity in using the instruments of the Science of the Spoken Word! Thus they proved to themselves that they already have within themselves all that they need to do any work that God requires them to do. |

My second wrong expectation was that our leaders would try to make their mini services short, as beginners usually do. Far from that. Everyone took their time and did all that they felt necessary to do. The others did not mind and followed with childlike joy, supporting and encouraging the leader. Everyone enjoyed saying good things about others, and everyone struggled a lot when it came to hearing good things about himself. Some commented while sitting in the "accelerator" what problems they had just managed to solve and thanked others for their assistance. |

Of course we did not finish this work on Saturday night, and the next day started with a test for flexibility. According to the schedule, we were supposed to have a Sunday service. According to the actual process of our conference development, we needed to finish our group work. We chose the latter and called it a non-traditional Sunday service. It was easy after we had a non-traditional Saint Germain service the night before. So after sufficient tuning, with several new participants, we resumed our work. This time the enthusiasm went even higher. Everything seemed to happen effortlessly, and all we could feel were the currents of joy, love, gratitude and happiness that flooded us all. There were tears of forgiveness and laughter of happiness, moments of deep silent meditation and bursts of joyful “noise unto the Lord”; singing and dancing, praying and joking—all this forming a tremendous process of our hearts’ joint creativity in which we could feel our group as a magnet of one great Heart that magnetized a very tangible presence of the heavenly hosts. We established a Maltese Cross over the town of Penza, actually healed some family relationships, did some very important calls for Russia and her Lightbearers—and all this was done by those who believed two days earlier that they were not ready and needed someone else to lead them in their work. |

Carl was surprised to see how we sat for four solid hours during his seminars in St. Petersburg. I wonder what he will say when he learns that we stood in a circle for four solid hours in Penza! In fact, no one even realized that we had been standing for such a long time. When you work with a group you can always see when it is time to have a break. It is usually like this: either you have a break or you won’t be able to continue because the group looses concentration. In our case, it evidently was a process inspired from up high, and it did not stop until the last participant said the last word. So here is another exotic story about these exotic Russians. |

After lunch we had to make a choice again: such important parts of our Sunday service as two prepared sermons and a key dictation by Jesus still needed to be done, and we also had a Love Feast in our schedule. We discussed this and all agreed that although the feet washing ritual is very dear to our hearts, we had actually washed each other’s feet while working in the circle, and that this time it simply was done in a different form. We decided not to follow the plan formally and to proceed with the sermons and dictation. After the dictation, while two ministers were serving the Holy Communion, the other two were anointing for healing, and simultaneously we played the video of the Special Blessing from July 6, 1999. Everybody was touched, and some had tears in their eyes. As our Beloved Reader can easily guess, we sealed our event standing in our Circle of Oneness. Someone started and others continued, and although our sealing invocation consisted of 19 parts, it truly was coming from the One Heart that we had managed to become. |

At different moments we had 14 to 19 participants. Our work included theoretical and practical aspects of fohat, precipitation, healing (including healing circles that everyone loves a lot), education, psychology and the worldwide community of Lightbearers. The video “The Little Angel of Colombia” became one of the central points of our program that showed in a very concrete and practical way what it means to be the Christ in Action. We heard two wonderful sermons, a very practical presentation on controlling emotions and a great lecture on quantum physics that opened a series of professional presentations covering different fields of culture that we are now planning to have on a constant basis.

My main concern in the beginning was that if we would not rise to the level where everyone is able and willing to contribute to our future work it would make no sense to prepare the next event the way I did it first time. Praise God and the Masters!—they assisted us in reaching the point where the plan for our future activity is already being born in the process of free interaction of those who have learned to believe in God’s infinite power in them and to see themselves as creators right here and now. This is probably what they mean when they say that the conference brought a tremendous inner transformation. I pray that we don’t loose this momentum and keep moving forward as one heart.
