DECREE 50.02 CHRIST WHOLENESS
ECP, Healing Service, January 18, 1984
INSERT ON THE WORD “LET” - FROM ANOTHER LECTURE
And God said, “Let there be light!” and God said, “Let there be a firmament!” and God said, “Let us make man!” I want to point out to you that the word “let” means allow–allow the energy to flow forth from above. Allow the All-Seeing Eye of God to see it. Allow yourself to see it. Send it to God. God sends it back to you from his I AM Presence and bounces it off the subconscious. I have spoken of the subconscious as a trampoline and the subconscious as a mirror.
Let is very important. It is the Word of Elohim, which is a plural noun for the Father-Mother God. When we say “Let”–each one of us can say that–instantaneously we are tying into the great causal body of ourselves and our twin flame. “Let us” can only refer to you with your twin flame created out of God in the beginning. “When we meditate on the wholeness of our original design and upon our blueprint, we use the color green. Green is the color of life, life-giving chlorophyll….
Thus in the green section of our decrees we take up what is the fifth ray of healing, the green ray. This ray has a vibration and quality of truth that is reflected in all who embody this ray….
This decree is a command to the very atoms, cells, and electrons of your life. When we unite the power of the heart which is love, the power of the mind which is vision and understanding, with the power of the spoken Word, we can see the Trinity of God in action.
The command that is given in this decree goes like this:
REFRAIN
O atoms, cells, electrons
Within his form of mine,
Let heaven’s own perfection
Make me now divine!
The spirals of Christ wholeness
Enfold me by his might–
I AM the Master Presence
Commanding, “Be all Light!”
When we speak directly to the atoms and cells and electrons of our being with this command, we do it only and solely by the authority of Christ with us.
The coming of The Lord Our Righteousness prophesied by Jeremiah is the understanding of the Holy Christ Self to be sent in the last day. By the presence of that Light of the Son of God with us, the Word therefore releases the power of God within us once again. And therefore, the command is in obedience to God’s law: Let heaven’s own perfection make me now divine! This is God’s will for you and for me. Therefore, we use the power of his spoken Word to decree it and it does take place in our lives.
Then we affirm the reality of what is taking place: The spirals of Christ wholeness enfold me by his might. A spiral of Christ wholeness is just that. It’s you standing in the center of the spiral like an unending spiral staircase. Coil upon coil of Light enfolds you as the energy of the Christ.
Then the affirmation of God’s name, I AM: I AM the Master Presence… when we say I AM we mean “God in me is the Master Presence, I AM. God in me is the Master Presence commanding, right where I AM, Be all Light!” And that “Be all Light!” goes directly to the heart of every cell, every atom, every molecule, and programs it to the original blueprint that is held by the hidden man of the heart – the Christ blueprint for every cell of your being.
Jesus said, “Even the hairs of your head are numbered.” If the hairs of the head are numbered, is not everything else mathematically, magnificently conceived? And therefore, why should it not respond to the heart of the Creator and his creative intent that we should become co-creators with him?
This is why he gave us life, energy, consciousness, free will, and a beautiful planet in which to evolve – so we would command the same Light which he commanded in the beginning when he said, Let there be Light! And there was Light! Our Father said it in the person of Elohim. We are the offspring of Elohim. Therefore, the seed must be like the parent plant. We also can say with our Father who made us, “Let there be Light!”...
Now we will give these eight lines together with an intense fervor of love and acceptance and an understanding of exactly what we are saying. …
FIRST VERSE
Now we take the first verse of this mantra…
I am God’s perfection manifest
In body, mind and soul-
This is not only a decree it is a statement of divine law. It is the absolute truth concerning who and what you are, and the purpose to which you were created….
Now when we say it we endow the affirmation with our belief that it is so, with our knowledge of the God of Harmony, with our experience that it is so. To this affirmation we bring the divine memory of our soul of a preexistence in God. We bring our desire to be that perfection. We bring our love for the God who made it. And so, all of our love and all of our understanding expands the power of the decree to manifest.
Do you think that if a computer were programmed to repeat these lines that suddenly the computer would turn into a manifestation of God’s perfection having body, mind, and soul? Well, the answer is no. And the reason is that the computer is not endowed with a divine spark or the power of speech or free will. The computer does not have a Mighty I AM Presence or the mediator of the Christ Self. All of these ingredients make it possible for you, the manifestation of God, to come into alignment with your source, to com into oneness of being and harmony with the very God who made you.
I AM God’s direction flowing
To heal and keep me whole!
This “God’s direction flowing” we visualize as the mighty River of Life descending from the I AM Presence depicted in the chart behind me. The River of Life in you is the crystal cord. It is a ribbon of light which sustains your heartbeat and the sacred fire that is in that threefold flame. … the river of God’s light flows, it flows to heal you and to keep you whole….
CHANTING THE DECREE SUSTAINS THE FLOW
The chanting of the word is the nature of the mantra that has come out of the Far East. The chanting is the flow of light through the chakras. It is not quite a song, but almost a song. It is like the singing of praise and making a joyful noise unto the Lord. The chanting sustains the flow of the sacred breath through the throat center, and on the way to that center, through all of the seven chakras of your being.
The release of energy then is a flow, and therefore the word given is a flow. When we only speak the word, we can create a fiat, almost like staccato. A fiat is a mighty power and it is has another application as the science of the spoken Word. Here we use the flow because the key to healing is flow. As you know the key to acupuncture and the Chinese method of healing is to re-establish flow…
SECOND VERSE
We take, then, the next mantra of affirmation:
I AM God’s perfect image,
My form is charged by love;
Let shadows now diminish,
Be blessed by Comfort’s Dove!
…We say, I AM God’s perfect image. This means, where I AM, there God is. And he is manifesting his perfect image here and now.
My form is charged by love. I decree it, I accept it, I AM it. It is lawful that I do so, for God ordained in the beginning that my form should be charged by love. He created me in love, and love is the means of the sustainment of the integration of all of my atoms, cells, and organs and my four lower bodies. Because God ordained it, I am free to decree it. I am confirming God’s will for me when I decree.
Let shadows now diminish… is a fiat. Let them diminish! I am commanding that where I stand, in my mind and heart, in my feelings, all shadows, worries, fears, depression, will now diminish. I accept it and I do not return to the old qualification of those negatives. …
Comfort’s dove is the dove of the holy Comforter of the Holy Spirit. So we are invoking the Holy Spirit now to reinforce our affirmation.
THIRD VERSE
The next verse we take says this:
O blessed Jesus, master dear,
Send thy ray of healing here;
Fill me with thy life above,
Raise me in thine arms of love!
This is a command combined with a prayer. It is a plea for help. It is given with the understanding that we have the promise: Whatsoever ye ask the Father in my name, I will give it you. [John 14:13] Wherever two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst thereof. [Luke 11:9] Ask and it shall be given unto you.
Therefore, prayer is a means of calling to God and creating the matrix of the desire of our hearts of what we desire to receive or magnetize from that source.
Let us give it with great love to the heart of Jesus….
FOURTH VERSE
We take the next section of the mantra:
I AM Christ’s healing presence,
All shining like a mercy sun-
I AM that pure perfection,
My perfect healing won!
When say, I AM Christ’s healing Presence, we are saying, “The Mighty I AM Presence in me is Christ’s healing Presence.” And it is shining like a mercy sun. This is a whirling sun of light around your heart. And the mercy sun is the color of the violet flame, the seventh ray of the seventh age of Aquarius. It is the vibration of the seventh angel, Saint Germain. And therefore, what is this mercy sun? It whirls and spins by the violet flame, which is for the alchemy of transmutation. It transmutes the records which have caused the disease – records of inharmony.
All sin comes down to one: inharmony. Fear is inharmony, doubt is inharmony, anger is inharmony, resentment, revenge – all of these are inharmony and they affect the life of the cell and its functioning. Now we are affirming that Christ with us is shining like a mercy sun, and the whirling light consumes the darkness.
I AM that pure perfection
My perfect healing won!
Even when we are continuing to experience some burden or another, we affirm that the healing is won. The healing is won in the etheric body … It is the etheric matrix. It is the body your soul wears when it no longer has a physical form. It is the origin of your life. And your physical body simply manifests in conformity to that etheric body.…
Therefore, the affirmation of the healing won is in the matrix of the etheric body. The restoration of the Christ image to it is your healing won. It is a matter of time and space for it to cycle into manifestation. But if you block it, if you cease to believe in it, to visualize it, to hold the Christ image, you will short-circuit the energy and the healing of the etheric body will not manifest in the physical.
Therefore, healing is a science of harmony – to sustain the harmony of flow so the energies of the etheric body can reach the physical dimension before you trouble the waters and become discordant, emotionally or mentally.
The mental body and the emotional body are on the way of the journey which the energy must take. The River of Life passes first through the etheric body, the highest vibrating body, then through the mind, then through the emotions, and finally to the physical chalice or the physical cup. So if the stream is contaminated on the way, the physical body is not restored. So we affirm the perfection of the healing won, then we sustain it by right thought and action….
FIFTH VERSE
Now the final verse of this decree is a wonderful fiat that you can give. It’s an expression of your free will in action. It says:
I charge and charge and charge myself
With radiant I AM Light-
I feel the flow of purity
That now makes all things right!
Now some of you may be thinking that this is merely the power of positive thinking. Nothing could be farther from the truth. This is the power of the Godhead resident in you. Your word now becomes one with the Word of Christ. This is actually the decree of the Lord Christ for your being, and you are entering into his decree and affirming it.”
INSERT …See to it that the joy in your heart is the central sun of your being so that you can direct beautiful light rays of golden yellow with ruby and white fire that come forth from your heart, revealing your emergent sainthood. These rays of light going out from your heart in all directions can penetrate the organs of the body, purifying and cleansing them.
