You will see that snakeskin shedding, beloved ones, and you will know who is who within yourself. You will have the discernment of those spirits which have co-occupied your form. You shall cast them out at the side of Jesus and in his name, as he does tutor you continuously in the Ritual of Exorcism. JUDGMENT DESCENDS IN INCREMENTS
The shrinking-man syndrome of which our Father spoke at the New Year’s conference is indeed the syndrome of the synthetic self which senses the reduction of the life-force and the crystal cord as the judgment descends increment by increment. Those who dare then to be the instrument of the Lord’s judgment through the fiery invocations of The Lord’s Ritual of Exorcism and the hierarchies of the Ruby Ray count not the cost but indeed with the messenger are willing to pay the price to establish the stronghold of the Great White Brotherhood in physical manifestation for and on behalf of earth and her evolutions. A VISION OF THE ASTRAL SEA TO BE EXORCISED
SAVING SOULS LOST IN THE ASTRAL SEA
Thus, the Lord’s Ritual of Exorcism by the Ruby Ray taught to you has availed much, as have all of your mighty invocations. I suggest [that] you [make the] call that in all of your bodies and higher bodies your invocations never cease. This nation, beloved, is literally covered in the astral plane with discarnates, nonentities, godless manifestations. It is as though the Divine Mother would desire to take a giant rake and rake into a heap all of this gray matter, this plastic, protoplasmic substance molded into identities not of God. Beloved, these cannot so easily be taken, for so many in embodiment are of a like vibration. They not only magnetize them but their free will sustains their presence. Therefore, while all the world celebrates the triumph of Jesus Christ over Death and Hell and claims him as the Saviour whereby they too shall attain the resurrection, may you tarry as you tarry another day to make the calls intensely for the clearing of the astral plane over America.
For only by a majority vote of Christed ones can we see the true clearing necessary in this nation to bring about a major change of consciousness whereby the practical path of the Buddhas and of my very own heart with Mother Mary and the Darjeeling Council might bring about the adequate defense and the consciousness of what is that spiritual defense, that thunderbolt, Vajra!
With all of this gray matter suspended, beloved, it is like a jellylike sea of [the] dead and dying, and their astral presence brings disease and plague not yet outpictured. But that which has been, as you know, is severe enough. Blessed ones, one of the most important services you can render is the Friday night Ascension Service whereby you call for the clearing, at least of America as well as your own nations, of these astral discarnates which are not the remains of Lightbearers (who [themselves], one and all, have gravitated to etheric octaves) but [which are] of the lowest order of vibrating entities that you could imagine as well as all of the addicting ones you name. Blessed ones, we need a clean sweep; and in this hour, beneath all of this weight, these miles of density of the astral plane and its denizens, there are yet those pearls.
I pray you, enter the path of fire, sacred fire, Kundalini fire, Mother Light raising, seraphim following, salamanders, Zarathustra, all of the violet flame and the blue lightning. I pray you have this fire stored that you might see the necessity that if there is truly to be a victory on earth, this must be cleared. O beloved, you are doing so much. May you recognize it and know to multiply your effort and to keep on keeping on. Every call you make to me, I promise you, shall go in my very heart as momentum for the saving of the pearls of Light now lost in the astral sea. For this cause does Mother Mary shed perpetual tears. For this cause do I join the hosts of the Lord, enarmored, beloved, moving with the Archangels and Astrea to go after them. It is my mission of Love. Blessed ones, there are those in this room this Easter morning whom I have rescued from those depths because I had the impetus of your calls.

PRACTICE EXORCIZING DARK SPIRITS
GIVE FIATS OF THE RUBY RAY
All things can be adjudicated by Divine Love– would you not agree? [“Yes.”]
Then why is it not so?
Well, I will begin by telling you the story of the exorcist. The exorcist is the one empowered by Divine Love who, calling in the name Jesus Christ and the entire lineage of Sanat Kumara, can compel the demons to withdraw from an individual, can compel the binding of addictions.
How is this possible for some and not for others?
If you would be exorcists through the Holy Spirit by the grace of God, you must have a heart of undefiled love. This means the pure essence of Love. This does not mean you must be humanly perfect. It does not mean that you are disqualified from this calling if you have made mistakes in the past or broken the laws of God.
The heart of undefiled love is the heart of Christ. It is the heart of your Holy Christ Self. So the Sacred Heart of Jesus is that heart, and to that heart you have recourse when you give the Lord Sanat Kumara’s Ritual of Exorcism on behalf of one possessed with foul spirits. When you give that ritual along with Sanat Kumara’s Ruby Ray Judgment Call for the binding of tormenting demons, when you give fiats for the action of the Ruby Ray, so you are moving toward that end of being the exorcist.
The greatest benefit that you derive from your Ruby Ray calls, beloved ones, is that you receive at inner levels initiations by Ruby Ray Masters who come under the Buddha of the Ruby Ray and the Five Dhyani Buddhas.
Thus, as you are able to give those calls and withstand the patterns of Love that begin to form around you (for the Ruby Ray can be very intense)–yes, form around you as the intricate carving of that ruby substance, be it marblelike or woodlike or substance not of this world–you find that there forms around you even the etching of the ruby outline of the great Dharmakaya, your Causal Body, your I AM Presence.
Love, then, that enters your heart must be tried and tried again–tried in each and every situation, tried when you are ready to march over to someone’s office and tell that so-and-so thus-and-such and so on, and pretty soon even before you tell that one off you have already begun to dilute the love of the heart.
Call, then, for the Sacred Heart of Jesus to be superimposed upon your heart. Call for the Purple Fiery Heart of Saint Germain to be superimposed upon your heart. Call for the Diamond Heart of El Morya, the Magnanimous Heart of Lanello, the Merciful Heart of Kuan Yin, the Immaculate Heart of Mary!
Call for these hearts of Light to be superimposed upon your heart even while you are in training (spring training, beloved) to develop that heart of hearts whereby you may call for the binding, in the name of God and his Christ, of demons infesting the souls of your children, loved ones, communities and nations.
And you may know that when your heart is undefiled and it is your daily goal to seek early the way of the heart of Christ and Buddha, the legions of Light shall do your bidding, shall bind those demons as you make the call. For these legions may do so under law when you protect yourself first and foremost by your own diligence in maintaining the heart whose love is undefiled and by keeping up your daily decrees to Archangel Michael.
And so you will understand that the purity of Love will come to you. You will understand it and you will know what is impure love, what is hypocritical love, what is possessive love, what is egocentric love, what is self-love and what is the pure and living presence of the Love of God that eclipses all other loves.

Thus, if there are souls who recognize the need to establish coordinates and forcefields, who though they may not be tied by descent or lineage to the nation of Italy but recognize the importance that that very soil has played in the interaction of lifewaves and migrations and war and the Roman civilization itself and the Church of Rome that has within its roots also elements of that empire— those who recognize, then, the need are called in this hour and may apply to the messenger to “go to Rome,” in the words of the Lord, “to be crucified again.” For, lo, the Saviour goes there. And it is a sacred trust and the trysting of the Master and his disciples. The roots of European discontent can be found in Rome as in Paris, as in Berlin and other capitals. The roots of defiance of the Holy Church, the roots of Antichrist— they might as well be tackled there, in the very point of many origins of movements against the light of God, as anywhere.
Rebellion yet flourishes from those tribes of souls who have embodied, souls who went astray in Venus and therefore came forth to embody in the early centuries upon the European continent. Indeed many lifewaves converge there. And the curse of the seed of Lucifer as an inordinate Luciferian pride must be first on the list of invocations when you use the Lord’s Ritual of Exorcism . There is a well-established hierarchy of Nephilim in Europe in the governments of the nations, in the banking houses, and especially in the economies. There is a binding of the people to a tradition that is outworn. And there are levels and layers of substance and records comprising an astral blanket that does indeed hold back the emergent light and the resurrection flame from the full manifestation in the hearts of the people.

Thus, the Messenger goes forth and the Messenger is here, and it is to bring a special action of the Light and fire, the rewarding of souls of Light, the dealing with all who have awakened in this time of trouble–those who have awakened and shall awaken to everlasting life and those who awaken to everlasting contempt. <3> For this reason you use “The Lord’s Ritual of Exorcism,” which you all may learn and study at this conference. And therefore, calling for the protection of the saints robed in white and the mighty Archangels, you may recite this in your homes, having first established your tube of light, the violet flame and the presence of Archangel Michael for protection and faith. I speak, then, of self-exorcism, the removing of those vibratory ones, of the discarnates, of demons and other foul spirits one by one from your aura, from your being, from your very teeth and your very inward parts, and then the removing of them from your household and the members of your household and your towns, and so forth. Know, then, ye who are counted as the capstone of the pyramid that is the symbol of America, that you must provide the balance almost by an overcompensation of calls to the sacred fire and the All-Seeing Eye of God to expose the treachery and intrigue of those individuals who perhaps count themselves as religious zealots or as the disenfranchised, those who have not that which appears to be the reality of the American dream. Blessed hearts, it is time now to take out the Ritual of Exorcism , given to you by the Holy Spirit, given to you by Sanat Kumara and the Ruby Ray Buddhas. For this Ritual of Exorcism , when acted upon and pronounced by you in this tabernacle <1> of the LORD, can avail much in purging the earth of those infesting demons and discarnates that take hold of the minds of those who are not centered in the law of God , whatever their religion may be.
Those who conspired to bomb New York have a fanaticism that descends from many past embodiments and antedates their embracing of the religion of Mohammed. They come into incarnation with fanaticism. Fanaticism has no part with real religion or true government under God. It can never prosper, for ultimately it is based upon hatred and spiritual blindness and an absence of the true and living Spirit of the Lord. Thus I say to you, if you would heal the earth and heal America, then call for the binding of fallen angels in your midst and in embodiment who move against all of the principles given by God in the Ten Commandments and in the codes of the world’s major religions. You must understand that insanity enters the brain and the being of individuals by many routes. So, across the miles, individuals have distorted minds. Perhaps it is drugs. Perhaps it is the food they eat. Perhaps it is their karma. Perhaps they are vulnerable by the very fanaticism that causes them to become houses filled with spirits who are not just and who embody that hatred of all that America stands for as the last best hope of the world, as imperfect as she is.
