HOW TO INCREASE THE POWER OF YOUR DECREES

Message from Mother

You can decree from the throat chakra up; or you can decree from the heart chakra.

Unless you connect to the heart chakra, you are using but 10% of the power of God that is accessible to you today at this level of your development. When you begin to decree, you need to make contact with the heart of your own Christ Self, with the sacred heart of Jesus and with your I AM Presence.

It is difficult for many people to do this. The same people who do not decree from the heart also do not speak from the heart. They simply have a habit of speaking from the intellect, of speaking from the mental body. They have a habit of disconnecting the thoughts of the mind with the feelings of the heart.

Unless you connect with the heart, purify the heart and call for the purging of the heart, you will not get that heart action that you hear even in the speaking voice of Mark Prophet as you listen to him give his lectures. It is the heart quality, the same heart quality you hear in his speaking voice that is also in the voice of his invocations.

How do you do this? You descend to the level of the heart, come down from the sense of the mind, and at that point of the heart, you speak with deepest love your calls and your decrees.
