THE HISTORY OF THE SUMMIT LIGHTHOUSE PRE-HISTORY 1930’s USA- the “I AM Movement” or “I AM Activity” In the early 1930s, Saint Germain brought forth his trained chelas Godfre and Lotus Ballard to bring forth understanding of the Mighty I AM Presence in action in the individual, how a person could hold their attention upon the I AM God Presence and become an invincible force of Light, eventually able to direct mighty Light Rays to dissolve dark conditions. Godfre had previously been embodied as George Washington, and Lotus as Benjamin Franklin. Godfre had also been embodied as Richard the Lion Hearted, and Lotus as Joan of Arc. Some have heard that Ramakrishna was required to re-embody and fulfill his path in the I AM Movement, to balance his intense spirituality with a more I AM God in action here understanding, an action of bringing down the Light into matter-realization. The I AM Books have been recommended by Saint Germain for us, his present day chelas. The biblical Battle of Armageddon began in 1933.

LANELLO’S EMBODIMENTS
Iknaton, Pharaoh of Egypt, a propagator of monotheism. Aesop of Aesop’s Fables fame (no graphic representatipn) Pericles, ruler of Greece while Phidias built the Parthenon and other great works. Phidias was an embodiment of Serapis Bey. Mark, author of the biblical Book of Mark. He was initiated by Jesus in the inner mysteries and retained that contact with the higher realms throughout the Piscean Age.
Lancelot, Knight of the Table Round. Saint Bonaventure. Saladin- great, kind and merciful leader of the Muslim forces as they faced the Christian Crusades. He and Richard the Lion Hearted [an embodiment of Godfre, future messenger] met on the battlefield. This shows how lightbearers are oft caught on both sides of conflicts.
Louis the 14th of France. Louis had intense satanic rites directed at him, and he tended to fall under their weight into sensuality and affairs. This was a great regret of his soul in his last life. Elizabeth was embodied as his queen, and spent hours engaged in prayer for him and the kingdom, keeping the flame as best she could. When she passed on the kingdom did not do well. Longfellow, poet of 19th century America . Lanello’ penultimate embodiment was as the destined future Czar of Russia, Alexis.

THE LIFE OF MARK PROPHET There have been reports that the Masters had to choose between the soul of Manley P. Hall and Mark Prophet as to who would be their main emissary in the 20 th Century. Mark was chosen, and Mr. Hall apparently was given another assignment.
Mark Lionel Prophet was born December 24, 1918 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, in the northern, middle part of the USA. His physical body stopped working when he had a stroke on February 26, 1973 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He founded The Summit Lighthouse organization, which later became the Church Universal and Triumphant, on August 7, 1957 in Washington D.C. With his first wife Phyllis he had five children. In 1961, he met and married Elizabeth Clare Wulf, who became Elizabeth Clare Prophet. They had four children. Lanello told us of his early interactions with El Morya: “I AM Lanello in the spirit of El Morya the beloved and of the Master Kuthumi. I come to speak to you as saviours of many souls. On anniversaries such as these, we even of the ascended hosts do pause to give consideration of the path and the footsteps which were our own. How well I remember my first contact with El Morya in my recent embodiment as Mark—how it was necessary for me to make the transition from a fundamentalist point of Christianity to the acceptance of the Master of the Far East. His visitation of my soul as a young man truly fulfills the words of Jesus Christ: “You have not chosen me, I have chosen you.” <1> For surely I, as a devout Christian, would not have sought an Indian guru. And therefore, indeed, the Master cared enough to pursue his chela of old.
He did not represent himself to me in a form that I readily recognized. And I am certain that he thought carefully, for he could have assumed the posture of a Christian saint or a brother, had he so desired. But as is ever the case, the Master desired to raise the chela to a new level, a new consciousness—most importantly, a new way of thinking that would be the necessity for the victory of that life. After a time I determined, through my own fear and doubt, through the dealing with two thousand years of the misuses of the light of Pisces, to part company, and I bade the Master leave me; for I fell into the trap of believing that he was in competition with Christ and therefore that I was in a state of sin. On that occasion, when I in fact dismissed the Master, he bowed before me and said, “As you wish, my son.” He left off, therefore, his visitations of me and left me alone for many, many years, even until the moment when I, humble of heart and humbled by my own wrong choice, did seek him and call him.” Vol. 26 No. 49 - Beloved Lanello - December 4, 1983
