…And whence cometh the lesser creation? It is also the product of genetic manipulation.

And therefore one can look back and further back and discover these self-styled Darwinians who, in the very origination of the evil of their hearts, determined to enslave the Christic Light gainst whom they rebelled in the courts of heaven.

Thus there are levels of rebels called fallen ones.

And the Watchers represented a class all of their own who responded to the lust of power, to the mockery of God, to the entering in of the misuse of the life-force itself.

Beloved hearts, these fallen ones have never, never in eternity to the very present hour of my speaking to you repented of their deeds. They, therefore, have stolen the essence of the sacred fire and in it sought to deify the lesser self to enthrone it and to dethrone the Godhead and its entire hierarchy. Against the absolute misuse of Life itself, there is no forgiveness, there is no mercy. For to forgive would be also to endow that creation with a permanent place in God's own being. But this perversion of God cannot dwell in God. And therefore it cannot dwell anywhere.

Thus in the hour of the harvest, my beloved ones, there comes forth the intensity of Light that calls unto itself. And by the accelerated speed of light passing through the golden-ratio spirals ascending and descending, there is produced then the separating out of all misuse of the very seed of Christ! And thus, this creation that is neither here nor there must cease to be. For in the very beginning it has chosen not to be but only to propagate the antithesis of God who is Life which is death and the death consciousness.

CLASS OF ELOHIM

The Seven Elohim had a whole conference dedicated to them, and they came “for the turning of the worlds”.

INNER RETREAT CYCLE BEGINS

In 1981, the organization purchased a 12,000 acre property in Montana, on the northern border of Yellowstone National Park, which it named the Royal Teton Ranch. Camelot was sold and the organization moved its headquarters to Montana in 1986.

Around this time, Monroe Shearer, an Archbishop of the Church, leaves the organization.

He later states that he did not agree with the action of the Judgment Call and believed it was not given from the Masters but from the Messenger human consciousness. When Elizabeth later retired Monroe came forth with his message and founded “The Temple of the Presence”.

"The violet-flame action and the use of the temple of the messenger and the chelas is the first of our two-pronged attack on world conditions. The second is to call forth and accelerate the individual judgment of those who are responsible for the greatest darkness upon the planetary body."

DECLARATION OF INTERNATIONAL INTERDEPENDENCE
of the Sons and Daughters of God on Behalf of the People Apart from Their Political, Economic, and Military Oppressors in Every Nation on Earth

Delivered Christmas Day 1981

Preamble

Citizens of the World,

When existing governments, laws, or international agreements no longer provide a framework for universal freedom but have instead extinguished all efforts for self-determination, it becomes the right and the duty of the people so oppressed to alter or abolish them and to forge a new guardianship for the universal laws and the inalienable rights granted to man by his Creator.

The indwelling Spirit of Life within the hearts of men has prevented a widespread call to arms among the people of earth against their oppressors who have perpetrated intolerable governmental, social, and legal injustices; for as history records, senseless bloodshed has never been the solution. Nevertheless, the events of the hour demand direct and concerted action.

Life itself cries out to be liberated from its economic, political, and military oppressors East and West. Heartless leaders of the free world have stood by and watched recent intervention by the forces of World Communism impose totalitarian systems on the peoples of Poland , Afghanistan , Laos , Cambodia , and certain states of Africa and Central America that have stripped from the people of these nations their inalienable rights of human dignity, life, liberty, property, and self-determination.

The militaristic leaders of World Communism have spread their system of government and the absolute control of society as a cancer upon the earth that has offered nothing but slavery, death, and a mechanized existence to the people of God.

The forces of World Communism have carried out their unscrupulous moves toward world domination unchecked by the leaders of Western nations, who claim impotence because they are bound by certain international accords and agreements.

We, therefore, as representatives of the people, can no longer remain silent in the face of such tyranny. We affirm our right and our duty to declare our disavowal of these hollow agreements and accords.

We offer instead our pledge to establish a world commonwealth of the people of God based upon the recognition that it is only the united interdependency of brother to brother, transcending all racial, religious, ideological, political, and national barriers, that can maintain a world order committed to mutual peace, security, justice, universal freedom, and individual self-destiny that reflects the genuine interests and aspirations of all peoples.

In support of this action, we, by the authority of the Flame of Life vested in us by our Creator, do hereby deliver the following Declaration of International Interdependence of the Sons and Daughters of God Apart from Their Political, Economic, and Military Oppressors in Every Nation on Earth:

Statement of Grievances
against the Political, Economic, and Military Oppressors of the People

Whereas , certain international agreements made without the vote or consent of the people at the close of World War II at Yalta, February 4-11, 1945, and Potsdam, July 27- August 2, 1945, have resulted in the subjugation of over 140 million East European people to World Communism; have maintained the bondage of 265 million Russians; and have opened the door for the enslavement of over 1 billion Asians, Africans, and Latin Americans; and

Whereas , the terms of the agreements negotiated for and on behalf of the people of the world at Yalta and Potsdam in 1945 and at Helsinki in 1975, which promised "a secure and lasting peace," the right to "free and unfettered elections" on "the basis of universal suffrage and secret ballot," and guaranteed the right of every nation "to juridical equality, to territorial integrity and to freedom and political independence," have been violated and abused by the Soviet Union; and

Whereas , Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Winston Churchill at Yalta, as representatives of the free peoples of the world, capitulated to Joseph Stalin and abandoned Poland; recognized the Soviet occupation of Mongolia, Moldavia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania; and agreed to accept Stalin's terms on a voting formula for the United Nations that turned a potentially effective international organization into a mere facade; and

Whereas , Roosevelt and Churchill, without the concurrence of Chiang Kai-shek, agreed to pay Stalin's price for Soviet intervention against Japan (an intervention that was nonessential) that gave the Soviets rights to east Asian territory, paving the way for the future Communist domination of Asia; and

Whereas , at the continuation of these talks at Potsdam, the Western Allies, now under the leadership of President Harry S. Truman and Prime Minister Clement Attlee, gave in to Stalin and granted further concessions to the Soviet Union, giving them one-third of the German naval and merchant marine fleet, reparations from both Soviet and Western occupied territories, control of the Balkans, and the extension of Poland's boundary; and

Whereas , the thirty-five-nation summit meeting in Helsinki, Finland, in July 1975, produced the accords that gave the Soviet bloc the long-sought-for international recognition of the borders established by the Yalta and Potsdam agreements; and Whereas , these accords also guaranteed the protection of and respect for basic human rights and fundamental freedoms, established the "inviolability of frontiers" and "non-intervention in international affairs" of another participating nation, and called for greater economic cooperation among the signatories; and

Whereas , these three agreements, negotiated against the will of the people and without the consent of their respective representative assemblies, have given the leaders of the Communist world the opportunity to repress the peoples of Mongolia, Moldavia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Yugoslavia; and whose inequities exported around the globe have spread Communism to the peoples of China, North Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and more recently Libya, Ethiopia, Angola, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Grenada, with Iran, Guatemala, and Honduras hanging in the balance;

Soviet Violations, Atrocities, and Noncomplicity

Conscious of the almost unending list of atrocities of the sixty-four-year-old Soviet regime and the unbroken record of treaty violations and noncomplicity with international agreements, we therefore affirm our right and solemn duty to review before all mankind the historical record of these events:

Whereas , in 1918-1919, the Soviet secret police, the Cheka, executed, without trial, more than 1,000 persons each month; and

Whereas , in 1918, the new Bolshevik government under Lenin ordered its soldiers to machine-gun the crowds in Petrograd who were demanding the elections of independent factory committees; and

Whereas , in 1932 and 1933, the Soviet government under Stalin's direction artificially created a famine in the Ukraine causing 6 million persons to die; and

Whereas, at the height of Stalin's terror in 1937-1938, 40,000 persons were shot to death each month; and

Whereas , Hitler, on August 23, 1939, concluded a nonaggression pact with Stalin which contained a secret protocol dividing Poland into German and Soviet spheres of interest, which proved to be the decisive factor leading to the outbreak of World War II; and

Whereas , beginning in 1939, the Soviet government, along with the Nazis, participated in mass deportations of Poles living in their respective spheres; and

Whereas , within months of the 1939 nonaggression pact between Stalin and Hitler, the Soviet army had occupied Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, and the NKVD (the secret police) arrested 140,000 persons which they then deported to Soviet prison camps; and

Whereas , in the first fifteen years of Soviet rule in Lithuania, which began in June 1940, 1.2 million Lithuanians were liquidated or deported to Soviet prison camps; and

Whereas , in the spring of 1940 at Katyn near Smolensk, Russia, 4,243 unarmed Polish officers were shot in the back of their necks and buried in mass graves by Soviet soldiers; and

Whereas , in 1944, the Soviet high command refused to allow Polish troops under its control to cross the Vistula River to support their countrymen in the Warsaw Uprising against the Nazis which resulted in the leveling of Warsaw and the death of 15,000 Polish patriots; and

Whereas , about 6 million Polish citizens-22 percent of the nation's total population-died during World War II, and of these, only 600,000 were actual war casualties, the greatest loss of approximately 4.5 million being due to the mass extermination, deportation, exile, and forced emigration of Poles; and

Whereas , the Nazis were responsible for at least four-fifths of these losses, and the rest were the responsibility of the USSR; and

Whereas , the United States and Russia signed a secret agreement in 1945 which became known as Operation Keelhaul in which the parties agreed to the forced repatriation to the Soviet Union of almost 4 million anti-Communist Soviet subjects who had sought asylum in the West and who, upon return, faced certain execution; and

Whereas , Japan's surrender in 1945 set off a civil war in China between Nationalist forces led by Chiang Kai-shek and the Soviet-backed forces of Mao Tse-tung, who defeated Chiang Kai-shek and exiled him and his followers to Formosa; and

Whereas , with Mao's success, 953 million people have been enslaved against their will to a totalitarian government, which has a record of murdering 64 million Chinese; and

Whereas , when, in June 1956, a work stoppage at the Poznan railway factory grew into a massive demonstration against the Communist system, Polish police killed over 50 people and arrested 323; and

Whereas , in November 1956, the Soviet Union moved its tanks against the unarmed population of Hungary who were seeking freedom and opened fire upon crowds of men, women, children, and Red Cross volunteers, killing 32,000; and

Whereas , since the erection of the illegal Berlin Wall in 1961-a concrete structure nearly 200 miles long and known among the Berliners as the Wall of Death-some 300 people have died attempting to reach freedom over it; and

Whereas , on December 17, 1970, 45 to 200 unarmed Polish workers were killed by army and police troops when they poured into the streets of Gdansk to protest food shortages; and

Whereas , on February 12, 1974, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn was arrested by the Soviet government, stripped of his citizenship, and exiled with his family because of his stand against Stalin; and

Furthermore, the Soviet Union has in fact violated the letter and the spirit of the human rights provisions of the 1975 Helsinki accords and has done so with little or no reprisals from the West; and

Whereas , by the end of 1975, the Soviet regime had refused Andrei Sakharov permission to travel to Oslo to receive his Nobel Peace Prize; imprisoned Soviet painter Boris Mukhametsin for five years in a labor camp merely for his possession of a copy of Solzhenitsyn's Gulag Archipelago; sent two Soviet ships per week to Luanda, Angola, carrying weapons for the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), supported and trained by the Soviets; continued strict emigration restrictions; and maintained KGB involvement in the training, funding, and supplying of weapons to international terrorist groups such as the Japanese Red Army and the German-based Baader Meinhof gang; and

Whereas , the Soviet-backed Communist government in Angola has murdered more than 70,000 women and children; and

Whereas , Soviet adventurism in Afghanistan and wars by proxy in Africa, Central America, and now Poland show the lack of complicity with the policy of nonintervention as defined by the Helsinki accords; and

Whereas , the growing Soviet-bloc debt to the West, currently close to $80 billion, and the one-sided flow of advanced technology from the West to the Soviet bloc show how the Soviets give definition to the Helsinki provision on "economic cooperation"; and

Whereas , the Soviet client state of Fidel Castro in Cuba holds more than 20,000 political prisoners, which, as a percentage of the total population, is the highest concentration of political prisoners in the world; and

Whereas , the Soviet-supported leftist terrorist offensive in El Salvador resulted in the deaths of 10,700 persons between January and September of 1981; and

Whereas , the Soviet Union has continued unabated to wage psychopolitical, economic, and tactical warfare, including well-substantiated uses of mass chemical, biological, neotechnological as well as conventional warfare against the free peoples of the earth, and has continued to use prison psychiatry and the forced administration of neuroleptic drugs as a means of controlling its civilian population; and

Whereas , the Soviets continue to jam the Voice of America and Radio Free Europe broadcasts as well as intensifying their disinformation <1> campaigns through the media with the willful intent of destroying every last vestige of freedom on this planet; and

Whereas , on December 13, 1981, martial law and political repression began in Poland, with the support and cooperation of the Soviet Union, where at least 100 have been killed and thousands held in makeshift internment camps; and

Whereas , the peoples of these nations did not vote to come under jurisdiction of the world totalitarian movement that presently holds the Russians, the Chinese, the East Europeans, Africans, and Latin Americans in bondage and slavery; and

Whereas , on at least three occasions, namely in Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and now Poland, the people have actively demonstrated that they do not wish to be under Soviet domination; and

Whereas , the United States and Western European leaders have continued, in the face of these protests, to aid and abet the Soviet leadership by supplying them with advanced technology, foodstuffs, and money by which the Politburo has continued to subjugate the people under its domination; and

Whereas , these leaders have done nothing concrete to protest Soviet intervention wherever it occurs-under the pretext of abiding by the terms of the Yalta, Potsdam, and Helsinki agreements-and, in a posture of fearfulness, have continued to promote the untenable policies of both "détente" and "neutralism" for fear of upsetting delicate arms negotiations or causing the Soviet bloc to default on its $80 billion debt to the West;

DECLARATION

We, therefore, as representatives of the peoples of planet Earth, appealing to Almighty God to reveal the moral integrity of our intentions, and in the name and by the authority of the Flame of Life burning in the hearts of all citizens of the world, do solemnly publish and declare:

That those agreements signed at Yalta and Potsdam in 1945 and at Helsinki in 1975, by virtue of the blatant violations of the letter and the spirit of these agreements by the Soviet Union and the ignorance of these violations by the leaders of the free world, are hereby declared null and void; and

That the peoples of the nations of this earth are, and of right ought to be, free and independent of their oppressors; and

Therefore, it is high time that all the people of planet Earth be free to exercise and enjoy the human and divine rights won by the American people and guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution; and that those similarly stated rights set forth in the Constitution of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Nations Charter, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights be actively put into practice at once;

We, the undersigned, representing the forces of freedom worldwide, do hereby vow before the Lord God Almighty that we will support by any God-ordained means the citizens of any nation in their stand for personal, national, and planetary freedom as guaranteed in these documents by reason of the inextinguishable free will which remains the soul gift of their Creator; and

That to secure this inalienable freedom to self-determination for all, we will support them by sound action; for it is not in the words that men speak or the words that they write that the course of history is shaped or the higher evolution of man is secured, but in the quality and determination of their actions that support their words that their motive and their character appear.

herefore, as divinely blessed individuals who comprise communities of free and independent states, the citizens of planet Earth have the right under their logical and God- ordained freedoms of religion, speech, assembly, and press to demand free elections and to call for a constitutional convention to found their nation's self-government under God; and

That in their exercise of these inalienable rights within the framework of Church and State, they may derive the protection of private property and individual enterprise in commerce and the professions; form alliances of their natural selection, including free associations for the protection of the sacred labor of their minds and hearts as well as their hands, in which they glorify God and serve their fellow citizens and respective countries; and establish militias to provide for the common defense; and

Therefore, in defense of these rights, we call for complete sanctions against the Soviet Union and all governments who oppress their own people or those of other states; and

For the support of this Declaration of International Interdependence of the Sons and Daughters of God, with a firm reliance on Almighty God and his heavenly hosts, we the undersigned mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor--ratified in action by our words and our deeds--to keep the flame of freedom burning in every nation and on the altar of every human heart. So help us God!

Satan went to his judgment at the Court of the Sacred Fire during this cycle. It had been prophesied in the Book of Revelation and explained in detail in Kuthumi’s 1976 Pearls that Satan would be bound for a long cycle and the evolutions of earth would have opportunity to grow in mastery. Then when Satan was to be released, the evolutions would have to choose whom to follow, Satan or Maitreya and the teachers he would send. This prophesy was transcended.

Below is an example of an Invocation given by the Masters, through the Holy Spirit through the Mouthpiece of the Messenger .

THE FINAL JUDGMENT OF SATAN

In the name of the God-victorious one, let the light of The Word of God blaze forth from this altar in the very Person of the Faithful and True. Come forth, O living Word. Lord Sanat Kumara, Ancient of Days, manifest the fullness of the sevenfold flame of the holy Kumaras.
Beloved Gautama Buddha, amplify the sacred fire of Shamballa, amplify the mighty threefold flame! Lord Maitreya, Cosmic Christ, disperse the night! Disperse the darkness as misqualified energy! Let the blazing light of the Divine Mother come forth in this hour of the Kali Yuga!
I invoke the bursting of light from the Divine Woman. I call to beloved Alpha and Omega, our Father/Mother God. I call for the Cosmic Christ. I call for the wonder and the action of the sacred fire. Let the light of God blaze forth. Let the light of God blaze forth. Beloved Lord Jesus Christ, let the flames from your causal body burn brightly on this altar and in our hearts.
Beloved Mighty I AM Presence of each one, we call forth the victory of God for every soul of light upon earth. We demand the binding of the fallen ones. We demand the binding of the dragon that gave power unto the beast. We demand the binding of the beast that was healed of his deadly wound. We demand the binding of the beast whose number is 666.
I demand the action of the sacred fire. Burn through, O living Word! Confound the fallen ones in their international and national conspiracy against the light-bearers! This call goes forth now for the immediate and instantaneous judgment of the international bankers and all members and agents of the capitalist/communist conspiracy of the Nephilim gods against the children of the Most High.
I appeal to the manifestation of the Lord God Almighty for the saving of the earth, for intercession by Elohim on behalf of the Woman and her seed, on behalf of Church Universal and Triumphant, The Summit Lighthouse, Summit University , and Montessori International. I call forth intercession of the Four and Twenty Elders on behalf of every light-bearer, every child of God’s heart upon earth who is striving to enter into union with the beloved Holy Christ Self.
I call to the beloved Holy Christ Selves of all sons of God upon earth, of every child of the light, of all who have come forth from the heart of Alpha and Omega. I call for the intensification of the mighty action of the light in this hour of the Christ Self, the one most holy and anointed of every child of God’s heart.
Now be magnified, O Christed Ones! In the name of Alpha and Omega, I say, be magnified! And let every heart attuned to the Almighty know the Christ, know him as the Lord, both of heaven and of earth, the Lord of the individual manifestation of God upon earth.
Beloved Fourteen Ascended Masters who govern the destiny of the I AM Race upon earth, we appeal to you to glorify God in our bodies, in our minds and souls. We call for the rescue of the children of the light. We call with all of the fervor of the mighty threefold flame burning within our hearts!
O living one of the sacred fire, beloved Christ Self of all, let us now so magnify the light of the Lord Jesus Christ, Lord Maitreya, and Lord Gautama that there is no longer any doubt or fear or ignorance of the law on the part of the sons of light. Living Word of the sacred fire, come forth!
Almighty God, we beseech thee in the name of the I AM THAT I AM, let the glow of the fire of the threefold flame of Christ intensify and unite the sons and daughters of God upon earth in their international declaration of interdependence.
Mighty I AM Presence, let the new day appear! Let the glory of the light shine! Let the wonder of God appear in heaven and on earth, as the Divine Mother does appear to her children everywhere upon Terra, for the union through the heart of Archangel Michael and the seven mighty archangels, for the mighty union of God with man, of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the chelas of the ascended masters! Let the union come swiftly for the holding of the light, O God! We decree it and we accept it done this hour in full power, Amen.
Beloved Jesus Christ, do not tarry but enter quickly. Come quickly, O Jesus Christ, into this temple, into the temple of the living God prepared by each of his Keepers of the Flame on earth.
Enter now, O beloved Jesus, and reign supreme forever, on earth as it is in heaven! Let thy kingdom come, O Christ, on earth as it is in heaven! Reign triumphant and supreme forevermore. Amen.
In the name of the I AM THAT I AM, I call forth the light of Alpha and Omega. In the name of Jesus Christ, thou who art a priest forever after the Order of Melchizedek, I invoke the body and blood of the living Christ. I call for the breaking of the bread. Vol. 25 No. 16 - Beloved Jesus Christ - April 18, 1982

O my Father, O my Father, deliver unto these, thine own, the fullest measure of my heart’s light!

I AM come, beloved, here in the home of Mary and Martha and Lazarus, here to find hearts melded together in a mighty congregation of the righteous. So you have come, the assembling of the elect of God who have elected to do my will in Him.

I would be the Saviour of the lost sheep of the house of Israel. <1> I would be the Saviour of all life! And I do convey to my messenger that essence of salvation, that burning of the fiery heart, that presence of my Sacred Heart for ye all.

Blessed ones, thou who art the noble of the light ennobled by Christ in ye all, O rise in this moment of our oneness. For it is the hour when we worship together as of old, even the Lord God Almighty! And we offer praise and thanksgiving that the hour of his judgment is come, both in heaven and on earth.

Therefore, I announce to you that the Word has gone forth on Wednesday past, in the very triumph and the hour of the twenty-seventh, for the remanding to the Court of the Sacred Fire of the one you have known for so long as Satan.

Blessed hearts, some of you who are our disciples worldwide have known that many years ago, in answer to the call of our messengers when both were embodied together, Satan was bound and his power reduced. <2> Therefore, for the continuation of the flaunting of the law of the Person of the messenger, of the Person of the light-bearers, our Father sent forth the call to me to activate on that very evening the action of the call that would be for the judgment of that Fallen One.

Therefore, let it be known that the remanding of Satan to that court, where the Lord Sanat Kumara presides in the presence of the Four and Twenty Elders, has resulted in his final judgment. Therefore rejoice, O ye heavens and the earth! For that power of Satan is bound, and that Fallen One is judged and will no more go forth among the inhabitants of this or any other world to tempt them against the Person of the Lord Christ!

Let us say together: Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! For the LordGod omnipotent reigneth in his heaven and in his earth!

Some have noted the crystal clarity of the weather here in this area on the Friday of that victory, on the Saturday–on the very appearance of the dawn of a new era of expansion of the Christ in all. Blessed hearts, let us commune together as to the meaning and the ramifications of this cosmic event.

This event marks the second in the occurrence of the final judgment of the fallen ones by the work and the hand of our two witnesses, as the call has gone forth. You are aware of the judgment, the binding, and the second death of Lucifer. <3> Therefore, now be aware of the binding and the judgment and the second death of Satan.

Understand that the hour of the second death is following the trial at the court of the God Star. Thus, we have heard and we have borne our witness as to the influence not only of Satan but of the race of his seed called the Satans, <4> who have infiltrated every corner of this galaxy and beyond.

The seed of Satan has proliferated, blessed hearts, as you would not even conceive yourself in the most expansive imagination of your hearts. Therefore, even from that point–bound behind bars, lo, these many years–that Fallen One has had the focal point of a race of Satans who raised themselves up against the I AM Race so long, so very, very long ago.

Therefore, these who yet strut on earth and other planetary homes remain in that state of an accelerated dissolution and a deceleration. They have lost the impetus of the original seed and the one who held for them that comparable manifestation which my Sacred Heart holds for you.

This one, beloved hearts, has been the personal adversary of my lifestream and all who have come in the fullness of my joy. This occurrence, then, long anticipated and awaited by myself, will result in a new surge of power, wisdom, love, healing, transmutation, contact with my own through the blessed threefold flame of all hearts who are united with me!

Blessed ones, though that seed is no more in its original manifestation, yet the stalking of the earth by those who are the copies of the original remains a point of alert to the faithful and a sign that, in the hour of their own dissolution, there is the ranting and the raving in those moments before the interior deterioration will manifest also in the final judgment that is become physical. Thus, all who were his seed and are his seed have also been judged at inner levels with him, for they are one and the same manifestation! But in the physical octave, there is yet the residual manifestation of these lifewaves.

And thus, I have come to you that you might understand how there is a gathering of the forces of these antichrist and how there is the attempt, in the final hour just before their own disappearance from the screen of life, to move against the light-bearers and to take from them the imminence of the victory that does come in the hour of the sign of the marriage of the Lamb and the Lamb’s wife. <5> Therefore understand that in the very hour of rejoicing, it is also the hour when the judgment call must go forth diligently to confirm on earth what has occurred in heaven.

You realize, beloved hearts, that in the casting out of the Fallen One, out of heaven to the earth, there was then the manifestation on earth (and continuing to the present hour) of the warring of the seed of Lucifer and Satan against the seed of the Woman. When there is the withdrawal of the point of the cause, you also know that the effect must come to naught. Nevertheless, there is a necessary cleaning up of the debris. And this, too, is the mighty work of the ages!

Thus, we summon you, O people of God, to understand that the city of Babylon and the person of the Great Whore represent the empire of the Satans in church and in state–the ecclesiastical and the secular manifestation of that civilization of the fallen ones. Therefore, in one hour is thy judgment come, O Babylon the great! <6>

See how in one hour, beloved hearts, is the judgment of Satan come! And therefore, since we gathered last, even only a week ago–the earth has changed, the world has turned, the ramifications are vast! And therefore, you understand the why of the coming of Elohim.

They said that they would come for the turning of the worlds and they did. And by the saturation of the first cycle of the year with that light and the continuation of their work at inner levels, so the moment came when this shortening of the days and cycles for the elect, <7> for the judgment of that Fallen One, might appear!

Therefore, the hosts of the Lord give gratitude unto Elohim, unto their messengers, unto the disciples of the Lord God Almighty who came in answer to the call to be physically present to hold the balance for this conference– which, beloved hearts, was the most taxing upon our messengers of any that has ever come forth, inasmuch as the light released was enormous and the pushing back of the darkness and the consuming of it was also enormous! And therefore, the balancing of these pressures of light and darkness upon the heart of the messenger can well be understood by you.

And all of the faithful the world around (even those who know not that they are connected to the heart of the living Saviour) who have held the balance for the coming of Elohim may rejoice in their very personal and present and continuing participation in this judgment of that Fallen One and the ongoing judgment that must yet be invoked for those who yet abide in the physical and astral plane that were formerly connected with that one!

Therefore, blessed hearts, rejoice! Rejoice in understanding that though there is turmoil in the world, though there is turbulence, and though there is the sign of the fall of Babylon and that sign has even been heard this very day in the case of certain events taking place in the planetary body–so it is the hour when the Lord God says: Come out, my people! Come out, then, of Babylon the great! <8> Come out, then, of the vibration and the plane and the physical forcefield of that civilization of Babylon !

Therefore, let there be the alert. And let it go forth as the second. And let the people of God be prepared to move, then, swiftly when called for the assembling at the Inner Retreat. And let their mercies go before them. Let their dedication go before them. Let their tithes go before them, that the place might be prepared, and that diligently, by those who are the first of the volunteers to prepare that place. For the gathering of the saints in the Holy City is come, and the gathering of the elect!

And let the call go forth! Let the teaching go forth! Let the decree go forth! For all these things must shortly come to pass. And, my beloved, as the cycles roll, you will discover how many manifestations may go on simultaneously.

Thus the moving and the movement to the Inner Retreat, thus the going forth stumping from state to state and the preaching and the publishing and the gathering of the light-bearers from every nation–all this is upon you. Therefore, make haste. Make haste to be delivered and to deliver thyself under the great canopy of thy Mighty I AM Presence. Fulfill the law in all points and come to the place of the heart.

Blessed ones, the fallen ones are depressed; for the communication has gone forth, and registered at the very level of the soul chakra, of this event. And they would prepare themselves, hoping against all hope that in their own judgment some merit might accrue to them for their human goodness. And I tell you, beloved hearts, it will take more than human goodness to save these ones! It takes godliness, righteousness, and the bending of the knee before the living Christ in heaven and on earth. It takes the adoration of Elohim. It takes the connection to the Mighty I AM Presence and the swearing: Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God!

Beloved hearts, they have sworn to do their own will, and that still remains the point of departure unto death and self-annihilation. For it is God himself that places his flame in the presence of the fallen ones. And because there is no God within them, therefore they disappear from the screen of both the Spirit and the Matter cosmos; for there is nothing in them of the body and blood of Christ, nothing in them of the Alpha and the Omega current! Therefore, all that remains is the burning of the flame, the all-consuming mighty flame of Life, even the ascension flame and the white fire. Therefore, as it is written, Who shall stand in the day of his coming? <9>

Therefore stand and still stand and receive the messenger of thine own God Self, even thine own Christ Self! And endeavor to enter in and to stand with that Anointed One and therefore to be refined and purified, so that in standing thou shalt still stand in preparation when this own Christed One, thy very own, will draw thee up to stand in the hour of thine own judgment in the presence of thy Mighty I AM Presence!

Clothed upon with the Christ, anointed of the only begotten Son of God, you will stand in the presence of the Father, in the presence of that mighty flame, in the presence of the Mother, and you will not be consumed but endowed with eternal life!

And thou shalt truly be born again–thou who wilt come, then, into the inner alignment of Lord Gautama, the Lord of the World, who is the Lord of the vibration of the planetary body who sounds the tone of the mighty threefold flame and its rising, and causes the flames of all who are of the Light to rise also and to meet the required level of that pitch, of that frequency! And each and every day, the self-transcending nature of the flame makes that flame inaccessible, even to those who would ride upon the attainment of the sons of God.

Thus spake Elohim. So I speak in the name of Elohim I AM THAT I AM.

Let it be, then, that by the authority of my Sacred Heart in the messenger– transferred to ye all, measure for measure, as your heart is able to receive it–you will cast out devils <10> from the earth! You will stand for the binding of the fallen ones! You will stand for the acceleration of their judgment! And therefore, what has been done by God in heaven will be done on earth by the ratification of the saints!

You who understand the law, note well how it is you in earth who must confirm that which is in heaven, as was declared by Hermes: As above, so below! As above, so below! As above, so below! Even my Father and my Mother now manifest in these hearts the understanding that they live to serve in confirmation of the Word!

Let the Word be confirmed!
Let the judgment be confirmed!
Let the saints of God repeat it!

Therefore, once again together, my beloved, let us recite the judgment call which I gave to you. Please rise in the fullness of the resurrection flame of your own heart. <11>

Let Gautama Buddha be known. Let his Word be heard. Let his dictations be played, that all, in meditating upon his heart, might now bring themselves to the grand harmony of his great causal body.

I AM in the fullness of the God flame. And I stand to deliver the fire of Sanat Kumara. Therefore, I desire that all who now hear my Word shall pass quickly to the front of this altar, that I might touch you and you might know that you are a part of the body worldwide who stand upon earth for this cosmic purpose–for the final judgment of the Satans [pronounced Se-tans ] and all enemies of the Woman clothed with the Sun and her seed–and stand for the victory in every hour of all those things that must come to pass shortly, and that you yourselves will stand for the protection of the continued physical incarnation of our Word in this messenger.

Come now, for I would receive you in this ritual of the oneness of the body of God, of the judgment within thyself of any and all things that are antichrist and would move against the fullness of your individual and personal victory.

Therefore, let the I AM THAT I AM descend! Let the Lord God Almighty, let Jehovah descend now! And let this people know that the Lord God omnipotent reigneth, that there is the call that goes forth: Come, my people! Come and stand forth and come out from Babylon the great, that her plagues may not befall thee!

Therefore, I anoint thee now unto thy own victory and the spiral of thy divine plan–for the beginning and the ending, for the finishing of thy work of God for this entire embodiment, for the light that is come unto thee!

Therefore, receive the fire. And let it be for the triumph of thyself over any and all seed of Satan implanted in the folds of thy garment in any incarnation whatsoever.

Be purged, then, of the vibration, the magnetism, and the lust of the fallen ones! If thou will, and only if thou wilt receive me, come forth now–only if thou wilt receive me in the name of the Lord God Almighty!

[Congregation comes, one by one, to the altar as the Master continues to speak:]

Out, I say, all demons of the Fallen One! Depart these temples! Release them now, beloved, into the flame. Release them by the authority of thine own Christed One.

Let all arrogance and rebellion disappear. Be purged, then, of the influence and recognize the power of human habit to sustain that which is already judged by the living God. Therefore I say, understand and recognize the opportunity of the hour to be purged by the determination of thine own heart to see that willfulness go!

It is the hour and the supreme moment of opportunity for a new integration with thine own Christ. Therefore, struggle no longer but accept thy deliverance! For it is in the acceptance of this judgment and of my Word that the power of God will come unto you–by the necessary faith, the very necessary faith that is required for there to be the confirmation in thy temple of all that has taken place at inner levels. This is the moment when you must recognize that only you can confirm the Word.

Realize, then, that this very dispensation may also pass you by when you are then, beloved hearts, not receptive or in that receptive mode. Consider the burden of accountability upon yourself, and that there is in this hour and this moment the peaking of your soul in that personal communion with your Christ Self, if you will receive it, and even with the Cosmic Christ.

Take care that your decisions are not in response, then, to the old momentums which have held power over you. They have no power! I declare it before you! But you must confirm it, you must accept it, you must recognize the power of God for the purging!...

I say then to every foul and unclean spirit that yet is housed in the fold of these garments: Be thou removed! Go hence! Be bound by the authority of my Sacred Heart! Burn through, O light! Burn through! And howl, ye fallen ones! Ye have no longer abode in my house and in my temple!...

Now seek me diligently, my own, and find the fullness of my Presence in thine own beloved Christ Self....

Now I say, let all fear go hence. Be gone in the name of Almighty God! Depart from these temples! I AM binding! the power of fear and doubt and unbelief in the hearts of the living faithful.

I AM the manifest Presence. I radiate through your bodies the emanation of my Presence. I give you the fullness of my joy. I give you the electrifying power of my own I AM Presence! I give you the full power of my Electronic Presence! Let it radiate through! Let it dissolve every concept of error and all entities! Let there be the rolling of the light. And let there be the acceptance, O my soul!...

Now let there be the troubling of the waters in the astral plane. I send the light for the binding of all invaders of the temple of my people, worlds without end.

I command you come out! Be bound by Elohim! Come out in the name of the Light, in the name of the point of Light in the very heart of cosmos! In the name of the Cosmic Christ, in the name of Alpha and Omega, come out of my people, possessors of their souls!

Bind now, O archangels of living fire: Bind the oppressing demons! Bind all demons of selfishness! Burn through and bind all demons of absence of vision! Come out in the name of the Cosmic Christ! I AM Jesus the Christ. I AM the sending of the power of the Holy Spirit unto you, worlds without end. Come out in the name of Elohim!

Let us, then, my beloved, chant the name of Elohim. For by that power are ye saved.

Live then free and freeborn by the authority of my Light within thee, by the authority of my own path of victory, by the authority of the Mighty I AM Presence of all worlds and the Cosmic Christ.

Draw forth the liberating power of the Word of God. Draw it forth, as you draw forth the sacred breath moment by moment! Breathe in the light and breathe out all that is unclean.

So shall thy days be filled with the glory of God. So shalt thou triumph on earth, even as the Lord God Almighty and his hosts has triumphed in this hour. So may thy triumph be full! So may thy joy be pleasing unto the Lord! So shalt thou be found clothed upon and in thy right mind, <12> as the mind of Christ with thee always and always and always.

I AM with thee alway, even unto the end of the world <13> of the fallen ones, of the world created by the Satans–even unto the end of thine own karma and all that is anti-Light that is no more within thee! Lo, I AM with thee alway, even unto the hour of thy resurrection from dead works unto the living life universal and triumphant! So I AM with thee alway, even unto the hour of the ascent of thy soul unto God!

Peace, beloved, and good cheer! The victory is won. Many victories are waiting for your winning!

O go forth in the winning spirit! Go forth confident in thy God! Go forth and tread the earth as a mighty conqueror!

Go forth now–secure in thy faith, secure in the arm of the Mother, secure in the blessed angels and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood holding thee fast, holding thee fast, holding thee fast even when thou comest in the way of the tempter who is there to tempt thee and to see if thou knowest truly that thou art the victor, that I AM the victor, that God is the victor!

See that thou knowest it, even as thou knowest it in my presence! So know it, O my beloved, in the face of Babylon the great. And take care that in the hour of her fall thou art secure and safe in the heart of hearts of the Presence of the living Word, Amen.

In 1982, there was a new head of the Soviet Union . Saint Germain said:

“Blessed hearts, I call to your attention in this cycle the death of Leonid Brezhnev <3> and the impact this has made in the world. On the one hand, you can see that particular passing of that individual as the passing of a certain era, and yet not quite. For the old men of the Kremlin still stand, and they stand with one who has all of the momentum of the false hierarchy of the KGB and its ramifications.

This individual whom I name, this individual, this Andropov, must be watched and challenged daily. He is but the shadow of the beast that works through him. And I tell you, it is necessary for the collapsing of the ring of old men–the criminals who occupy the Kremlin–ere Russia can be converted and the light-bearers be raised up.

As with all things, time, time itself is on the side of the light-bearers. And their time is running out.
