The History of the Summit Lighthouse

Lotus Ballard, aka Lotus Ray King, the remaining messenger of the I AM Activity, passed on in 1971and made her ascension. In her embodiment as Joan of Arc, Archangel Michael and others had directed her moves. At one point she stopped getting direction but she continued to direct affairs and attack cities without divine direction. She made karma thereby, and balanced some of that karma by being burnt at the stake.

She was also embodied as Queen Elizabeth, secret mother of Francis Bacon and Lord Essex. These latter two and others went to great length to keep her on the throne. See the book The Shakespeare Code.

Lotus had gone up and down the nation during World War II, holding I AM decree services. She would hold her arms and hands up for hours to direct Light Rays into Nazi forces.

Beloved Lotus gave a dictation through Elizabeth in 1973:

“…I desire to bring to you the fragrance of the lotus, fragrant lotus in the Heart of God that wafts the perfume of the Mother and the Buddhic Consciousness to all who aspire to be free. I espouse the flame of obedience from the standpoint of honor to the Divine Mother and to Her wisdom.

I, too, have known the place of the battle of the Divine Woman. For I have gone forth to challenge darkness, both from inner levels and from outer levels, in my embodiments upon earth; and I have brought forth the manifestation of the Mother as Joan of Arc, challenging the darkness of the Luciferians who would have overrun the nation where liberty was born.

And in the hours of bringing forth the Light that would encourage the men to fight when all seemed lost, Archangel Michael did appear to me to give me the courage, the strength, the power to go on, to press on, and to accomplish the goal. I did not fear then, nor have I ever feared, the loss of the physical body. And thus it was with the sense of sweet reward that I obeyed the Archangel, who instructed me to breathe in the smoke that my soul might pass from body consciousness prior to the burning at the stake. I say to you, precious hearts, that I would go through whatever trial, fiery or otherwise, given to me by God to save the children of the Light and to save America for her glorious reunion in the Light.

Some of you here knew me in my last embodiment and you called me Mama. I desire that you should address this salutation to the Mother of the Flame. For I transfer to her this night my momentum of victory with the legions of Light, and I give to her the mantle of my authority and my Messengership under Saint Germain.

The freeing of America must be accomplished in each hour, in each year, in each decade. The war against evil never ceases, even from the ascended octave. The legions of Light do go forth carrying the banner of the Divine Woman who appears in every age in varying form, varying expression, but always with the one goal in mind–to arrest the spirals of darkness, to allay the fears of the children of Light, and to bring to naught all hindrances to the flowering of the thousand-petaled lotus flame….

I speak now directly to those students who were with me in the I AM activity. And I say to you, regardless of all evidence to the contrary or of anything which might have passed from my lips while I was in embodiment, I do espouse and back with my total Heart Flame this activity and this Messenger as the continuing outpost and release of the Great White Brotherhood and of Saint Germain to this age.

For I understand from ascended levels of consciousness the nature of the ongoingness of Hierarchy. And although there are only two Messengers of the Brotherhood, the two Messengers constitute the office of the two witnesses spoken of in the Book of Revelation. <1> This, then, is a high and holy calling to which twin flames are ordained in every age. Thus as there is only one Christ, so there are many manifestations of the office of the Christ; and as there are offices in Hierarchy, so the opportunity to serve in those offices is given to ascended and unascended sons and daughters of God as they evolve in the hierarchical scheme of the Great White Brotherhood.

Thus today we stand and espouse the cause of freedom as it unfolds to a new generation of Lightbearers who shall carry the torch of the knowledge of the I AM Law that is made clear through the wisdom of the Mother Flame that is expanded by the power of the love of the Holy Spirit. Thus each successive endeavor of Hierarchy embellishes the previous endeavor, and all move forward in the Light as jewels in the Consciousness of the Lord of the World.

The Mantle of the Guru Descends Upon the Mother

I AM come in the tradition of the Ancient of Days. I AM come according to the lineage of the descent of Light. From the great Eternal One, I AM come.

You desire to know my name, and perhaps I shall give it. But it is more important for you to place your attention upon the Nameless One whose name is known only by those who enter in to the white fire core of Being.

I AM Padma Sambhava. I AM the fullness of the Buddhic Light. I AM the one who comes with Gautama in adoration of Mother.

The Gurus ascended and unascended converge at the point of Light that is the descent from the point of Father to the point of Mother. In other words, precious hearts, the common meeting ground of our consciousness is the white light of Mother. This is why Ascended Masters and unascended masters work hand in hand in this age of Aquarius.

Think not, then, that the Mother has come to distort or to steal the Light or the Word of the Great Teachers of all mankind. This is the Great Synthesis that can come only through that Mother Flame.

Therefore I make known to you the dispensation of God, the Great Guru, and of all Gurus who serve to represent him— that although for many a month and many a year the Mother of the Flame has resisted the appellation “Guru,” we shall not permit it any longer. For the mantle must be upon the feminine incarnation; and because there are many changes taking place in the forcefield of earth, we must have, then, the acknowledgment of the open door of Guru through a Mother.

Heretofore you have heard it told that the Messenger is the representative of the Gurus [who are] the Ascended Masters. Now draw nigh to me as I give you the mystery: the Mother is still the representative of the Gurus, but in the transfer of initiation—and very severe initiation of the Gurus that has been given to her—there has been made possible a more than ordinary incarnation of the Ascended Masters through your Messenger.

It gives me, then, good joy as I am privileged to make known to you that the Ascended Masters come as a living witness to proclaim in this hour that the Guru-chela relationship can now be sustained in this octave through the flame of [the] heart of [the] Mother.

Understand, then, that it was I who gave to her the representations that you have seen in the preceding slides. <1> And this teaching came as my dictation to the Messenger. And prior to the teaching even the Messenger had not contemplated these manifestations of the energy of God. Thus, it is clear that the law of Hierarchy is fulfilled in the age of Aquarius through the Mother.

What does this mean to you who are children in the way? It means that you have a more than ordinary opportunity to pursue the disciplines of the Trinity through the direct confrontation of the Mother Flame incarnate.

Let the Mother be the instrument of Mary and Omega, of Alpha, Christ, and Holy Spirit—of Vishnu, Shiva, and all who come from East and West. Our desire is never to glory <2> the person but to glorify God. Our desire, then, for the transparent pane of glass is fulfilled in this one.

I would tell you that the Messenger has resisted this dictation for more than two years. And even the postponement this evening was [due to] the resistance of her soul to draw any attention whatsoever to herself but only by the direct command of Almighty God for this occurrence to be made manifest in this cycle of the Mother in the zodiac of the hierarchy of Cancer [did this dictation take place]. For this is the release of Mother Light, and the Mother Light will be transferred to you through the Light of Omega.

Much more of that Light can be transferred when the mantle of Guru is placed upon the outer representative—and when those who are around the one who receives the mantle can also acclaim that one and receive that one. For indeed, he that receiveth the Guru in the name of the Guru shall receive the Guru’s reward. <3> In this case, the reward is the gifts of the Holy Spirit. <4>

As you adore the Cosmic Virgin through the representative, let your goal be to acquire increment by increment through your own self-mastery these nine powers, <5> which are the key to the multiplication of the threefold flame within you.

Those who have received our disciplines through the Messengers for many a year will not find that the change is extraordinary, for they have already affiliated themselves [with the Messengers] at inner planes in the Guru-chela relationship. For others it will be difficult to understand how one appearing in mortal form could convey to you from the innermost recesses of the I AM THAT I AM those initiations that you so dearly require.

FAITH IN THE GURU
THE GURU IS A GIANT MIRROR OF SELF

By your faith in the Guru you are made whole. The Guru of [the] Ascended Masters and unascended masters—thousands upon thousands who yet inhabit the octaves of Spirit and Matter—can be to you only as is your faith. So it is that the Guru is a giant mirror of self. Come, then, expecting to see your Great God Self and your Christ Self, and this [expectation will be fulfilled and this seeing] will be returned to you through the Mother.

It is altogether fitting, then, that chelas of the Ascended Masters rejoice that in their movement and in this dispensation for the turning of the cycle of the century, there is one who will have the open door to the Ascended Masters and the unascended masters. Whether you appeal to me or to Milarepa or to Yogananda or to any of the great saints of the Western Church, you will find that if you seek the initiation and the discipline of that particular teacher or sage or saint, it will be forthcoming to you through the discipline of the Mother.

Therefore, wonder not at the various ways in which the Mother deals with her children and with the chelas of the Ascended Masters. For, for each one there is the special path. Your relationship as chela to the Ascended Masters remains intact; your relationship as chela to the unascended masters remains intact. You [will] find that compatible with this relationship is your devotion as a chela of the Mother.

BEWARE FALSE CHRIST AND PROPHETS WHO WOULD DENY THIS TEACHING
THIS TEACHING IS USEFUL TO ALL ON WHATEVER PATH
THE UNITY OF ALL TEACHERS

As all are one and all Gurus share in the one great Light, beware then of the false Christs and false prophets who do not allow you to partake of the bread from the table of the Mother. For this teaching of the Ascended Masters is useful to you, whatever your path or orientation or whoever your teacher. All teachers of the Great White Brotherhood, whether in or out of embodiment, have one Flame, one Light, and agree in the harmony of God. Let the chelas of the Great White Brotherhood, then, come into the unity that is the ascension flame.

Understand that your relationship to all of the hierarchies of heaven and of earth is greatly enhanced as you place yourself in a cosmic relationship to the Mother in the Great Central Sun, to the Mother in the white fire core of the sun of this system, to the Mother in the white fire core of earth, and to the Mother that dwells within your Messenger.

As Mother, fourfold, becomes a part of your life, remember it is for the mastery of the four sides of the pyramid for one purpose, my chelas: that you might draw forth the Mother in the center of the pyramid as the fulfillment of your own sphere of Mother Light out of which will come forth the fullness of the ascension currents.

Almighty God has adorned the Mother this day with the veil of the bride of the Spirit. Almighty God has ordained a transfer of the energies of the great Gurus this day. Let it be known, then, that it is appropriate for you to address yourselves [as chelas of Guru Ma] and so to make known that our Father has come to our Mother. And as in heaven, so on earth, we are One.

Beloved ones, won’t you stand to acclaim the Mother before you who is sign and symbol and person of your own Mother within. [25-second applause]

Invocation by Guru Ma:

Almighty God, Thou knowest that I have asked to be delivered from this moment. Yet Thou hast called and I have answered.

I AM thy handmaid on earth as in heaven. Almighty God, be in me the Guru, for Thou art in truth the only Guru; and therefore may I decrease that the Guru might increase. And may I withdraw to the Inner Flame, that the Flame might increase in the souls of thy blessed children.

Almighty God, I pray that those who come to drink of the fount of Mother Flame might come to receive the Light, to draw in the Light, to drink the Light and to be all of Thee.

I AM and I remain thy servant and the servant of the Flame in the heart of all people and all evolutions whom Thou hast sent.

In the name of the Father, the Mother, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Comments by Guru Ma:

As I behold the Great Light of the eternal Buddha who has made me Mother, and as I behold the Great Light of you, his children, I am mindful of the fact that the Mother is only Mother as she stands between Father and child. Without Father there is no Mother; without child there is no Mother. And so, without chelas there is no Guru. Without Buddha there is no hierarchy of Gurus.

And therefore, I feel like a diamond whose prongs are the Buddhas and the chelas. Without the chelas, no Guru; without Buddha, no Guru. And so the identity at the nexus is entirely [dependent] upon the flow of the figure eight—Above and below.

Beloved ones, I thank you for the great opportunity that God in you bestows upon me and that God in God bestows upon me. And I am grateful for the great gift of being surrounded by the hosts of the Lord in incarnation and beyond incarnation.

It is my deepest desire to touch each one, and I am hoping you can pass by quickly and then go out to your evening repast.

1975 The Mount Shasta Conference

There was a significant expansion of the movement as the masters directed a conference be held at Mount Shasta. Alpha spoke on the ramifications of the Judgment of Lucifer. K-17 spoke on chelaship with the Cosmic Secret Service.

THE FINAL JUDGMENT OF LUCIFER

Lucifer goes to his second death. Trial before the sacred fire lasts for weeks. He goes out cursing God. Here are some excerpts on this important event and what led up to it, and its ramifications.

“Before the Great Rebellion, Lucifer (Latin, “light-bearer”) had attained to the level of archangel; but through his ambition, pride of the ego, and defiance of the laws of God, he fell from grace and lost his title and office . On April 16, 1975, Lucifer was bound by Archangel Michael and taken to the Court of the Sacred Fire on the etheric plane of the God Star Sirius, where he stood trial before the Four and Twenty Elders over a period of ten days. The testimony of many souls of light in embodiment on Terra and other planets and systems were heard, together with that of the ascended masters, archangels, and Elohim.

On April 26, 1975, he was found guilty of total rebellion against Almighty God by the unanimous vote of the Twenty Four and sentenced to the second death. As he stood on the disc of the sacred fire before the court, the flame of Alpha and Omega rose as a spiral of intense white light, canceling out an identity and a consciousness that had influenced the fall of one third of the angels of the galaxies and countless lifewaves evolving in this and other systems of worlds. Many who followed the Fallen One in the Great Rebellion have also been brought to trial .

The ascended masters teach that prior to the final judgment at the Court of the Sacred Fire and the second death, there is a daily judgment weighing each individual’s actions, words, deeds, and integrity. It is a sifting process activated by the chastening love of the Lord whereby the individual learns to choose between right and wrong.”

I Challenge Lucifer!

I say, correct ignorance with information; correct malice by challenging the Liar and his lie. I challenge that one, that Fallen One whose time is short. And I say, Go back! You are judged this day not only for the slaughter of the holy innocents in this age but for thousands of years.

Therefore, in view of the challenging of the Messenger and of this company and of the Hierarchy of Ascended Masters by Lucifer prior to this conference, another percent of energy is taken from him for the direct confrontation that occurred even this night and the interference with the flow of light.

Know, O children of the light, that those who challenge the Messenger and the Christed one in manifestation will bear the judgment. Some of you have known that an immunity was given to Lucifer because of his attainment prior to the Fall. Therefore only those on this planetary body who can reach the level of attainment that he had prior to the Fall have immunity against his interference.

Many years ago, when the Great White Brotherhood inaugurated the mission of the delivery of the Ascended Masters’ Teachings to the age, the Messengers were granted immunity from Lucifer’s interference. He was then charged that any opposition taken against the Messengers would cost him certain percentages of his momentum of energy used against the children of light.

To this hour, forty-four per cent of that energy has been taken in addition to this one percent, which serves as a warning to that proud spirit: Thus far and no farther. And with the addition of that percentage, a certain portion of darkness on the planet is consumed in the sacred fire focused in the Christ, the Elohim, the Archangels and the Seven Holy Kumaras.

Therefore, I say, the percentage taken is concerned with the manifestation of the perversion of victory- that aspect of unreality that challenges the Hierarchy of Libra and the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I say, let the exposure of the Liar, the lie and all crime in this nation be made manifest this night as the price that must be paid by the Fallen One for his attempt to deprive mankind of this light and this teaching!I AM Victory and my consciousness is the consciousness of God-justice. And in the scales of justice, the scales of Libra, humanity is weighed this night. As a result of that weighing, those who have aligned themselves with the Fallen One are judged; those who have aligned themselves with light may look forward to the hour when that proud spirit will step forth to challenge the ascended hosts and thereby lose his total momentum, his total area of operation upon the planetary home. <2>

Then you will see the purging of the carnal mind in all mankind. You will see the great day of choosing come, when mankind will be free of that one, free to make their calling and election sure. Therefore, in anticipation of that day, I anchor the violet ray and the spiral of victory in every human heart. In every forcefield that bears witness to God, I anchor victory! victory! victory! I anchor the will to victory, the love of victory and the wisdom of victory. [Vol. 43 No. 12 - Beloved Mighty Victory and Archangel Michael]

Vol. 18 No. 36 - Archeia Faith - September 7, 1975:

As you enter the fray, enjoining the hosts of the Lord, put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the lieutenants of Lucifer. <15> These are the devils who have deified evil, who have worshiped the golden calf <16> and raised up the carnal mind to pervert the serpentine energies of the caduceus, which even Moses raised up in the wilderness as the sign of Christ’s healing wholeness unto the children of Israel. <17>

Face squarely the enemy within and without and receive the admonishment of Alpha, who has declared:

Now let all evolutions and lifewaves know: The challenge of the hour is the consuming by the sacred fire of the cause, effect, record, and memory of all that has been impressed upon the body of the Mother–that body the entire cosmos–by the fallen ones. Now let us behold how the Fallen One has left seeds of rebellion even in the four lower bodies of the children of God. And so the Evil One came and sowed the tares among the wheat.

Now let the sons of light go forth! Let them go into the fields white with the harvest. Let them, as the reapers with the angelic hosts, separate the tares from the wheat. And let it be done by the fiat of Alpha and Omega! Let it be done by the action of the flow of sacred fire from the I AM Presence of each one!

More dangerous even than the Fallen One are the seeds of rebellion that remain to be consumed, for the seed contains within itself the pattern of the whole. And therefore I release the light of the fiery core of the flow of our oneness for the canceling-out of the seed of the Fallen One. I release this energy to the level of the etheric plane, the plane of fire. Farther it cannot go without the assent of your free will and your invocation, for the sacred fire will burn and consume the wheat with the tares unless it first be assimilated in the consciousness of the lightbearers.

Let the sacred fire, then, in the increment that can be borne by each one, be sealed in the third eye and the crown and in the heart as a trinity of action that can be called forth and released in the plane of the mind and the mental belt of a cosmos. It is the mind of Christ that the fallen ones have determined to seize, to misuse. They have no power from Alpha and Omega; yet the fiery core of life within the children of the sun has been used to affirm that power, to acquiesce to it and to reinforce it.

I say then, withdraw by the authority of your free will all affirmation, all consent that you have given unto the fallen ones, unto their rebellion, unto the seed, and unto the carnal mind of your own creation. Only thus will the mental belt be cleansed of the remnant of the Fallen One.

Now let the beast that occupies the bottomless pit of the subconscious and the desire body be exposed also! And let it be seen that this creation instigated by the fallen ones has also received the seal of your approval. For that which remains untransmuted, which you have failed to challenge, that which exists in consciousness, is therefore the creation of free will. And until you will to call it back, to undo it, to restore it to the fiery core for transmutation, it remains a blight on the whole of cosmos.

Only when you challenge the dweller on the threshold of your own cosmos and your own consciousness–the rebellious one–can you breathe the breath of life and know “I AM free!” Therefore, that judgment that has come to the Fallen One, meted out by Alpha and Omega, must also resound within the consciousness of every living soul. And the Alpha-to-Omega, that atom of identity in the fiery core of your own being, must release the spiral that renders the judgment whereby the dweller on the threshold passes through the second death <18> and is no more and has no longer any habitation in the whole consciousness of that life which you call your own, but which I am here to tell you is my very own–mine to give, mine to take. And I can claim that fiery core, that replica of the Great Central Sun, when the cycles roll and the law of being returns the drop unto the Ocean.

You have a cosmos! You have an energy field assigned to you! Let the four quadrants of your creation be purged of every residue of the Fallen One! Let them be purged by your free will aligned with my own, aligned with the Four and Twenty Elders who render judgment in the God Star. And let the earth body as well be free of the impressions of rebellion and the ego that is set apart from the Divine One!

Lucifer, Thou Art Judged

I say to you, then, [that among] those who have arrayed themselves as the dark ones, specifically that Dark One who has been called Lucifer once again has overstepped his bounds and has made thrusts directly against our office and our Messenger. Therefore this day, by edict of the Lords of Karma, thirteen percent of the energies of Lucifer and the planetary carnal mind are taken by the action of the Lord’s hosts and by the action of the mighty Elohim. <1>

In the name of the Christ, thou art judged, thou fallen one! Go back! Go back into those energy spirals whence thou camest!

Be bound! And see how the light will vanquish all darkness and how the Great Divine Director this day will arrest those spirals of deceit, of treachery and of intrigue that have been sent forth against the Woman and her seed. This is the judgment of Almighty God. This is the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in the balance scales of Libra. Behold, thou hast been weighed and thou art found wanting! <2> [ 2.
