...When you feel homesick for our bands, when you feel joy, when you hear our footsteps in the way but it seems that you cannot quite reach us, rise up on your tiptoes and reach a little farther. For we really are no farther than your highest aspirations, your innermost dreams, your prayers to God, your hope for the children, your love for America and her people.

We are in your dreams and in your loves. We are in your longing. We are in your decrees. We are very much a part–and so when light as cosmic lightning strikes upon your soul with the blessing of the Comforter and of celestial sons and daughters, feel touched and know that heaven is very near. And heaven by so many manifestations confirms its love for you.

I stand on that island waiting for those who would walk through the open door of my heart. I have sent joy and love and the promise of freedom to generations–so many who have had the dream, the dream of the Great White Brotherhood. All love me, all place their trust in me. And yet the sternness of my face reveals the discipline of grace, of feminine principle and the seriousness of the hour.

I come from the God Star Sirius this night. I come from where the deliberations of the Four and Twenty Elders concerning all manifestations of earth are underway. And, one and all, I hear them say: “God has decided to save the earth.” Simple words–words given to a child.

I am that child. I am the child of Liberty. I adore Liberty, I live in Liberty, and I send forth Liberty to all. Before the almighty ones, I am but a child and so these simple words are enough for me. I live in the comfort of the Lord God of Hosts. I am nestled in his Cosmos. I am secure in starlight, in sunshine, in the wind and in the rain. I am secure because God made me and because I know he is in me.

Let these lessons be taught to young and old alike. Let them be spread abroad throughout the land. Let them be repeated as the report from the Lords of Karma. We could tell you of the intricacies of the plan, but then if you would gaze upon the rose and enjoy the rose, you would really rather not know, for the moment, the intricacies of the plan.

Someday and somewhere you will know, but suffice it to be that God has decided to save the earth. And when you ask how and why and where and who, the answer is: “Through you!”

My love to you. My wisdom to you. And all of my power, yours to command. Let us see now what the Lords of Karma can do to draw you into that starry light, that focus of the Son of God. Let us see what the Lords of Karma will do as we see once again what you will do when you go forth in the flame of Victory.

Take the torch from my heart. Will you carry it for me?...

And now the curtain is drawn on the bicentennial celebration of the Ascended Masters and their chelas. And now all is sealed within you by our love. Go forth in love. Live in the love of the Mother and the Spirit, the Son and the Father. Be sealed, be healed, be made whole, and through you see how America and the world will also be made whole.

THE INTERNATIONAL CAPITALIST/COMMUNIST CONSPIRACY

Around this time, Mother gave exposes on what Saint Germain called the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy. Here are some excerpts on this subject, given throughout the years of the Summit Lighthouse:

“The term “international capitalist/communist conspiracy” (ICCC) is used by Elizabeth Clare Prophet to describe the transactions of international bankers, financial institutions, and multinational corporations based in the U.S. and the free world that have built and sustained the economies and military machines of Communist nations to their mutual benefit.”

O beloved ones, it is an hour to be on your knees daily, to set all other activities aside except those which are essential for the maintenance of your life. Blessed ones, it is essential to pray daily by the hour for Almighty God to intercede that this terrible plot of darkness happen not. You may call, therefore, for the [Lord’s] Judgment upon the entire International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy –of those superpowers and those in them who have aided and abetted one another’s cause and plotted together at inner levels truly the destruction of nations as they exist today. Cycles have turned at inner levels. There is an acceleration of the evil intent of the enemy. Do not cease to call for the judgment of that enemy–the enemy of oneself as one’s own dweller on the threshold, the enemy of nations as the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy. But remember, beloved, that all the while the call is being made, the Cosmic Christs and the Great Silent Watchers with your own Holy Christ Self, by the computer of the Mind of God, are taking those calls and locking them into a fiery coil, and they are prepared to release them when and at such time the Cosmic Council does so decree it by events in the earth.

Thus, the careful enticement of the Lightbearers of the world who embody the Spirit of America is that which has become and has ever been the strategy of these fallen ones. It is a part of the strategy of this International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy to wear down the people of East and West through drugs and rock music and abortion, debilitating their bodies and weakening them through all manner of toxic substances—and then the disinformation and then the programming and the deprogramming of them from a way of life that is free to the seeming carefreeness of a totalitarian rule…. We speak of the seriousness of the hour. But our message, beloved, is never to frighten but only to sober you to the God-centeredness where you realize just how high the stakes are this day and just how much import the fallen ones place in overturning that leadership who move against their strategies. I would like you to recall that when the Messenger gave her first Stump messages, even as early as during her trip to Ghana and Liberia and then later in the seventies, she was preaching a message of anti-Communism based on the Fátima message and on facts such as those given today. Blessed ones, she was met with boos and hisses, with large percentages of the audiences leaving when at the conclusion of her spiritual teaching she would sound the warning and expose the Soviets and the Marxists.

Therefore, in deliberation with my heart and our reasoning together we concluded that the hour was to give a spiritual teaching and let children become grounded in the milk of the Word, in the violet flame, in the decrees, and in the buoyancy of the Light, and then let them be introduced to the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy once they should arrive at Summit University. This, then, remained our plan. And it was pursued and many came into the Teaching without arousing the serpent mind before they had the preparation to receive the strong meat of the Word. <16>

Now, beloved, you have heard Sean call for those who will go forth not only with the spiritual message but with my message, which is indeed interpreted as a political one although it sets aside all barriers of politics. I say to you, let us abandon the right wing. Let us abandon the left wing. And as Morya said, let us not be caught in the middle of the road.

Blessed ones, “right” means a perspective to the right of Truth, and “left” means a perspective to the left. Now, if you would be centered in Truth and have Truth centered in you, you must be above this politicking. You must understand that the right-wing individuals who should have espoused my cause long ago, who have known me and known my name in their midst, thanks to these Messengers and the previous ones—they in their pride have refused to be associated with me. Therefore, those who have denied me before men, them do I deny before the Father this day! <17>

Therefore, as a cardinal principle, I say to you, let not my message be tainted with the jargon of the right wing or the left wing. See to it that you therefore present a platform upon which every candidate to office may stand as an independent Lightbearer—not as a libertarian or an anarchist in the ultimate sense of independence, but as one who is independent beneath his I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, who does stand beneath the Tree of Life, who champions Truth wherever it is found, who may also recognize that certain points in the entire spectrum of world thought are worthy of championing.

Therefore, listen to the enemy as well as the friend and seek in God what I have called the “Awareness/Action.” It is not enough to present the plight, the problem, the dilemma, or to read the handwriting on the wall. Those who see and know all of this and who have access to us must present to the people of America an awareness which is a foundation for action. Today’s actions supporting the Sandinistas, the lethargy in America, and so forth are based upon nonawareness or a psychic awareness.

First, let there be awareness of cosmic principles of freedom and destiny on earth. Based upon the awareness of the exact geopolitical configuration of the hour, let hearts one with me, then, present my platform of action, subject by subject—from education to drugs to Communism to pornography and so on.

Blessed ones, it is not enough to prophesy a doomsday, as many extremists on the right have done with such emotion and fanaticism as to utterly turn off those who should be listening to dire forebodings of world karma. And these have been turned off by the very ones who should have engaged my flame. And I tell you, their fanaticism comes, beloved, from the fact that they love freedom. And the force does entangle them and cause them grave consequences of misuse of the Light—even the Light [as portion of my attainment] that I once gave to them.

… Therefore study well how the message has been presented. And, of course, you cannot be illiterate politically. You must read certain periodicals regularly and know their bias, right or left, so that you may understand what is happening. Although the Messenger has set the pace for awareness of political events, not all have followed suit.

And those who are our ministers, beloved, are those who must lead this activity in bringing the awareness of what is happening always in the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy, always with the eye on the Soviets and their Western supporters. For there is where all decrees must be directed, not merely on Saturday night but at every session. Not long invocations but very specific and incisive ones will give us the authority to act. If you do not know the danger, you cannot defeat it.

Take care, then, I say, when you deliver this message into a field saturated with the disinformation of the Soviet Union that you do not fall prey to the character assassination and the deathblows of a public and a media who are quick to denounce and ridicule those who stand for the cause of freedom. The deliberation of your hearts is necessary, so seek to do so in an organized manner and neglect not our call. Neglect not our call that has gone forth before and that we give again. Cyclopea spoke about the Illuminati and their counterfeit perversion of the divine matrix:

“Do you not see that the inner blueprint of the all-seeing eye of God is a manifest reality now and forevermore, that it always has been, that you do not need to decree for that vision to be created but for that vision to be precipitated in the world of form?” the Elohim declared. “The sealing in heaven and on earth of the great matrix of all that is to come forth in this age was already in the hand of the Elohim when the Lord God pronounced the fiat ‘Let there be light!’...

“We know that the all-seeing eye of God will precipitate the City Foursquare, that it will be the manifest reality in the etheric plane....The challenge, then, comes to the chelas of the ascended masters to have the courage to invoke the City Foursquare, with all of its inner God design, into the mental and the feeling worlds and into the quadrant of Mater–the physical plane.” The Elohim emphasized that within the causal bodies of the lightbearers is the energy necessary to fulfill the divine plan. “For every seed that God has created, he has placed within the seed the necessary blueprint and energy for the bringing forth of the full plant.” Therefore, “we must place our attention at the line of precipitation,...and we must determine what are those forces of darkness that would impinge upon the alchemical precipitation of the City Foursquare.”

Cyclopea then spoke of “the conspiracy of the Illuminati” who “set forth the counterfeit hierarchy and the counterfeit plan” and “conceive of themselves as the ones who are called and appointed to bring forth the new order of the ages.... Let it be disclosed, then, that there is being released by the false hierarchy the counterfeit vision for the counterfeit City Foursquare.”

This counterfeit hierarchy and vision must be challenged, Cyclopea said. All that stands between the call for the release of the energies of the City Foursquare and its “instantaneous precipitation” is “the challenging of the momentums and the identity of the fallen ones who comprise that branch of the Illuminati especially concerned with the perversion of vision.” Cyclopea then spoke of various perversions of God-vision, such as “subliminal programming through subliminal seduction” in advertising, marketing, art, TV, and motion pictures “until mankind’s four lower bodies are being saturated twenty-four hours a day with the imprints of the infamy of hell itself....And mankind have been the unwitting, ignorant tools, being the object of manipulation of those who sell their wares.”

This “brainwashing of the fallen ones” continues, the Elohim said, in psychopolitics and “those who are tying into the media and into all of the forms of communication to project into the mass consciousness the complete take-over of the planetary body by ‘the international capitalist/communist conspiracy.’” The techniques used by the fallen ones who are in positions of power have been manipulated since Freud and Jung and others “who have attempted to explain the unexplainable–which is the subconscious mind....

“The subconscious mind is a vast storehouse of the wisdom of God and of knowledge of the universe,” Cyclopea said. “A record of all that has ever contacted your lifestream is there.... Is it any wonder, then, that this very plastic nature of the subconscious, so sensitive even to the farthest star and its emanations, should also be recording and be affected by the constant bombardments of emanations not only from the physical plane from those who are in positions of power, but also from those who are residing on the astral plane and the mental plane. Understand, then, that mankind have been made the victims of all those who are the usurpers of the all-seeing eye of God.”

The Elohim pointed out that “all that is precipitated in Mater must flow through this nexus of consciousness, for without the vision and without the image and without the blueprint, there cannot be alchemy.” Those who practice witchcraft, black magic, and Satanism “must manipulate the energies of the all-seeing eye of God,” Cyclopea explained. “These are the energies of the Virgin, the Virgin Mother who sees the perfection of her children and the perfection of God and holds this immaculate vision simultaneously.

“And therefore, through the vision of the Mother, the ray of God is sent forth, passing through her third eye and being precipitated in her children. This is the supreme opportunity for those who would raise the Mother ray in this age. It is to become the pure focal point for the release of the energies of the all-seeing eye of God.

“And so you see the great whoredom that is abroad in the land,” Cyclopea said. “For our definition of whoredom is the misuse of the third eye and this is everywhere apparent. There is almost nowhere that you can rest your gaze, except in nature, and not be bombarded at subconscious levels by the attempts at programming of the fallen ones.”

The Elohim are concerned, therefore, because there is “a very intense race by the fallen ones on astral planes and those who have reincarnated from the days of Atlantis to once again saturate the four lower bodies of the earth and of the people with all of these tactics of programming, wedges of rebellion and witchcraft, so that helplessly, mankind are the victims of these signs and symbols....In this hour the dangers to the people of earth are fast becoming as great as they were in the final hours of Atlantis.”

“I pour out my heart to you,” said Cyclopea. “And I implore you to remove your children from before the television sets! You have no idea what is funneling into their subconscious. Have you not noticed that these precious children, even after a half hour or an hour of watching the television are changed in their attitude?...

“We come to you, then, with our program, and it is very specific. It is absolutely necessary that you make invocations to all of the Elohim and the archangels and the masters of the Great White Brotherhood for the arresting of the spirals of energy that is all energy misusing the action of the all-seeing eye of God, for the binding of those members of the false hierarchy whose time for judgment has come, and for the clearing of the way for the crystallization of the God flame in the City Foursquare.”

The Elohim urged calls to Astrea as well as calls for the reversing of the tide. Yet “calls in general are not enough, but the specific call for the specific action is required. And in order to know the requirement of the specific action, beloved Keepers of the Flame, you must be educated. You must learn to see behind the scenes. You must know what is taking place in your government, in your economy, and you must know a bit of history and understand the trends that have been building for several hundred years, even to the destruction of America from its very inception.”

Therefore, “let us then be intelligent, active in the service of our God. Let us look for the plots of the fallen ones. And let us decree together specifically for the binding of the fallen ones and the reversing of the tide of every aspect of their media manipulation and their programming of the people.”

In conclusion, Cyclopea pointed out that “it is that action of selfishness, self-love, self-infatuation, and the preservation of the lesser self that is the conglomerate of density that makes the impasse over the all-seeing eye of God chakra. If, then, you lack the vision, you must know that automatically you must surrender.... And proportionately as you surrender, you will have the vision and the power of the vision of the all-seeing eye to challenge all of its misuses. The key to victory, then, by vision is the absolute sacrifice of the lesser self and the surrender of all lesser causes for the one great cause of freedom, the cause which the Great White Brotherhood has espoused–the freedom of every living soul.” Elohim and Their Retreats: Cyclopea and Virginia

By your leave, I take now that cumulative Light released by your call this week and use it for the protection of every freedom fighter at every point on earth where the challenge of freedom goes forth. With shields and armour and the power of the Faithful and True, we supply the spiritual weapons and the protection and the means [whereby] at inner levels these servants [may] go forth [at night] out of their bodies [in soul travel (during sleep) enveloped in the etheric body] and act with the Archangels to bind the demons and [those of the] false hierarchy, [to bind] those [negative] energies of the spacecraft [which are directed] through enemies in the physical octave against the freedom fighters.

Thus, beloved ones, by the power of your release [of Light in your decree sessions] we take the souls of freedom fighters to join you in the etheric octave. And we show them that first they must wage the warfare of the Spirit! <15> For when these fallen ones in embodiment are stripped of the reinforcements they have from the depths of Death and Hell, they no longer have the power to overturn the nations , [i.e., to turn them over to the ICCC,] and to bring them into the camp of World Communism.

There is no power in the physical octave that can withstand the legions of Light and the power of God! And those in the octave of the physical and the astral that array themselves against the sons of God do so only by their connections to the underworld and to the conspiracy of Darkness across the galaxy. Therefore you see why the dynamic decree is so effective. It has no limit, no bound! It crosses all of the octaves, every plane, passes through every stone and petal to the very center of the earth and across the solar systems!

Your decrees never cease their rippling. Beloved sons of Light, hear me–they go on and on and on. And the forces that would amalgamate, that would gather here upon earth–the forces of fallen ones–are cut to the very quick. And as you decree they soon appear on the screen of the mind, having been reduced to the size of pesky ants that can easily be eliminated.

Beloved ones, all of the good intentions of the good people do not penetrate as the sword of Astrea and the circle of fire. Now you understand [how] such a powerful missing ingredient as the dynamic decree can reinforce the wonderful souls of Light who do give their all to fight these forces.

I am grateful, therefore, that they are encouraged with hope that descends from the angelic realms this day, that all those who champion life and freedom and peace on earth and God-government need no longer be bowed down by the despair and the sense that their efforts are to no avail. Thus I enlist you as teachers of those who shall newly go forth from the Royal Teton Retreat and from Lake Titicaca as guardians of this hemisphere.

Vol. 32 No. 10 - Beloved Apollo and Lumina - March 5, 1989 [Given in 1984]

I feel that the greatest problem we face today, the problem on which all other problems are hung, is the international capitalist/communist conspiracy (as I have dubbed it, the ICCC), including that of the international bankers, which is prophesied in the Book of Revelation.

I have given to you many dissertations on this subject under the headings of “Mother’s Manifesto” and the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness which you may find useful to review. Surya has called upon us to give decrees on that which is the most dangerous and that which is the most threatening to world freedom.

I haven’t had any comments or input from my staff or the field with recommendations as to those subjects and topics on which we ought to be making calls. We need organized information for prayer vigils. We need a watch on Congress, the bills that they are considering on defense. And the world movement needs to be united together in one force on each and every separate issue.

Vol. 28 No. 26 - The Beloved Messenger - June 30, 1985

Now, therefore, beloved ones, understand that I have told this Messenger that there is no nation on earth where the international capitalist/communist conspiracy [the ICCC] is more advanced in the free world than in the United States . The advancement of that conspiracy in some areas is not even as advanced in the Soviet Union. And I speak of the cancer that has taken ahold of human hearts and souls because of the constant bombardment of the people in America—whether with rock music or with the perversion of sex in all manner of media and motion pictures, whether through the infestation of the bodies of the people with drugs.

When you consider that in the neighborhood of a tenth of those living in New York are on drugs such as cocaine, <18> you begin to understand the enormity of the problem that we face in rescuing the Lightbearers and establishing the foundation of a new civilization. And in these areas of the conspiracy you do not see such advancement today even in the Soviet Union, where the people are literally smothered in the blanket and consciousness of the Lie of World Communism.

Understand, beloved hearts, that America is the Promised Land, and yet through the misinterpretation of scriptures many Christians have believed that Israel is the Promised Land. And therefore, more than a billion dollars a year goes to the defense of Israel to the neglect of the United States and the building of the true City Foursquare.

Thus, through the milking of her resources, through lack of knowledge and abject ignorance, want of illumination of the Christ flame and the Holy Spirit, Christianity today in America is a milquetoast and a sop and has not even the fervor to challenge Darkness and that Darkness that is pitted against the Blessed Mother of Christ and the Darkness that is pitted against the little children or the Darknes….

Vol. 29 No. 9 - Beloved Archangel Michael - March 2, 1986

THE REVELATION OF THE MASTERS AND THEIR RETREATS

At some time in the early years, Mother would sit with an assistant and go into meditation upon the inner retreats of the Brotherhood. She would describe what she saw and have it written down.

“There is a web of life around the planet, an antahkarana of light. The word Antahkarana comes from Sanskrit. It is the net of light spanning spirit and matter connecting and sensitizing the whole of creation within itself and to the heart of God.] Imagine a spider web, with beautiful dewdrops glistening upon it in the early dawn light. Then imagine that web in the third and fourth dimensions, radiating out in all directions. You have just begun to visualize the beauty and majesty of the web of life.

All of life is interconnected through this great grid of light. There are grids and forcefields of light for every person in embodiment. These connect to all other forms of life- the trees and plant life, animal life, even to the center of the earth and to the auras of the masters themselves. All of this forms a vast and complex filigree pattern of interconnected light.

In this beautiful pattern, the etheric retreats of the Great White Brotherhood appear as giant balls of light. They are centers of infinite lines of force that emanate from one retreat and radiate out to connect with other retreats, both in the earth and expanding into space. Each retreat is a very important nucleus of energy, with a specific purpose to sustain a certain action that trembles through the entire warp and woof of the planetary body to nourish life and sustain the action of the sacred fire .” The Masters and Their Retreats p.397

“ The information that we have been given is so fantastic and so startling that, at the same time we hear it, we feel the carnal mind and the whole momentum of the hordes of darkness resisting the reality and the tangibility of this knowledge and the practicality of it and what can be done with it. We must realize the implications of this knowledge….

God has set up these forcefields of the etheric retreats as highly concentrated centers of light so that we could appeal to the masters and invoke their light for the liberation of the planet. It has been said that there is enough violet-flame energy anchored in the retreats of the violet-flame masters of the planet to free the earth entirely and bring it into the golden age of Aquarius. It only remains for mankind to invoke that energy and that flame. Nothing else stands in the way of the victory.

The key is the invocation. For God is already here, but by cosmic law, the forces of light cannot interfere in this plane unless we ask them to help, unless we call to them for assistance.

We have to say: “In the name of the Christ, I call forth the seven mighty Elohim, the archangels and the chohans of the rays to release the full-gathered momentum of the flames anchored in their retreats into my being and world and throughout the planet Earth for the victory of the Light.”

Such invocations need to be made daily. As they are given, we will see enlightenment, liberation, freedom, the fulfillment of the law of being and ultimately a golden age upon our beloved planet.”

AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO DRAW ENERGY FROM AN ETHERIC RETREAT

“We enter through a large portal
graced by two immense white pillars.
The entrance hall is shaped as an octagon,
each side leading to another room.…
This octagon room glows with the intense love
of the Elohim and the angels for the will of God.
A bright blue permeates the atmosphere
and is both inviting and invigorating…” ECP

…“As you meditate on the will of God, you can allow your consciousness to move to this retreat because you have knowledge of its existence and an awareness of this octagonal forcefield. In your decrees to Hercules and your invocations, you can fill your aura and the sphere of light around the heart with the energies of the retreat of Hercules and Amazonia.”

A FEW NOTES ON AND FROM DANNION BRINKLEY

[Dannion had a near death experience and wrote a book on the prophetic visions he received.]

“I have long been a supporter of the Great White Brotherhood, the Teachings and the Messengers. I fondly recall when I first met Mark and Elizabeth Clare. It was late 1972, prior to my first near death experience, and spirituality was not at the top of my list of interests, to say the least. But a friend took me to a meeting in Santa Barbara; and I watched as a kindly man, Mark Prophet, fielded questions one after another, and answered with a knowing wisdom that clearly came from a higher level. Mark is the most Fatherly Presence I have ever met.

Once I had my near death experience, I saw the truth of what Mark had been teaching. Going through a near death experience is one thing, but being able to understand what is happening to you is more important. Because of these teachings and being exposed to the Chart of the Presence and having a conversation with Elizabeth in Santa Barbara in 1973, it all came back to me and I could relate to the Beings of Light that I met. The Beings of Light are the Masters of the Great White Brotherhood and the Ascended Hierarchy.

In 2004 Dannnion told the Keepers of the Flame in Russia

Like all of you, I love her dearly, and value the mission she and Mark undertook. Elizabeth Clare confided many things to me over twenty five years about her mission, her organization, her staff, and the Keepers of the Flame.”

FORGIVENESS OF EVE
Justina, Mighty Victory’s twin flame, gave a dictation announcing that Eve had been forgiven. She said that she would had led them away must be she who led them back.

Hercules gave a dictation where he emphasized that only “the veritable manifestation of Almighty God himself incarnate in ye all will suffice to deter these fallen ones who are marching across the earth at an incredible speed.” Therefore the Elohim said, we must make the prayer of the Mother our own:

“O God, unless you come into manifestation on earth now all will be lost.

Therefore, come into my temple, come into my soul.

Live in me and walk the earth through me.

Almighty God, come.

I will make any sacrifice that is necessary to be the instrument of the Lord God in this age.”
