When we take up the sword at the altar we are offering the sword and ourselves as instruments of the Archangels. The sword is a point of convergence. It is a physical focus upon which the Archangels may superimpose their swords. And not just the sword but the sword and the sword-wielder together are a point of convergence for the fire of God. The striving of the sword wielder is to tie the octaves together with his chakras, and by concentration and focus and devotion offer not just the sword but himself as an instrument of the Archangels whereby they may step through the veil into the physical where he stands. So the sword and the sword wielder become an anchor point in the physical for the angelic hosts, the Archangels, and the fire of God. On July 2, 1988 , as the Messenger was standing at the altar holding a steel sword, Archangel Michael said: “Blessed ones, this sword must become physical for you that I might become physical through you and wield my Sword of Blue Flame superimposed upon it. The dusty and rusty sword unwielded shall not thrust for you cosmic protection from my heart. Where you place your arm and hand I place my own. Where you do not and do not make the call I may stand by as a pillar of fire, but you may be |

outside of my auric emanation. Where you go, so goes your sword of blue flame. This, beloved, is my solution to a universal pollution of fallen angels. We see a vision of what the angels can do with the angels in embodiment such as you – you who have then determined to embody at some price long ago. Know that cosmos is grateful for embodied angels who know what to do and do it”. When the Archangel speaks we take him at his word. When an archangel says, “Where you place your arm and hand I place my own”, we take him at his word. When he says he will superimpose his sword of blue flame upon the consecrated sword, we take him at his word. Note that Archangel Michael makes a distinction in this dictation. After he says, “Where you place your arm and hand I place my own” he says, “where you do not, and do not make the call…” He distinguishes between the physical action of having the physical sword present as a focus and the action of making the call. It is a twofold action that he is calling for. This is the understanding then – that the swordsman stands as a representative and an anchor point in the earth for the Archangels, and that this sword becomes a physical counterpart of the swords of the Archangels. That understanding informs every aspect and facet of our wielding of the sword. The sword is multi-faceted, just as the Archangels are multi-faceted. The sword is a rainbow ray sword. It’s the sword of illumination, it’s the sword of transmutation, it’s the sword of peace, it’s the sword of mercy, it’s the sword of purity, it’s the violet flame sword, it’s the sword of judgment. |
